  1. Apart from Kaminski all the other players you mention were TM's own recommendations.
  2. Morton has cost us several goals with hid half-arsed attempts at defending.
  3. Probably the slowest full back I've ever seen in a blue and white shirt. Even Ben Arentoft was quicker. Whoever scouted him for Rovers should be sacked.
  4. Is that Jason Lowe? Couldn't be worse than the current apology for a midfield. Broughton is way out of his depth judging by the recruitment so far. Questions also need to be asked about Remy who presided over an utter shambles of a team at Sheff Wed a few years ago. Jdt had a couple of good seasons at Malmo but has nothing else on his managerial cv. I get the impression he's very much in his own comfort zone.
  5. Kilkenny looks like Leighton Clarkson Mk2. Small lightweight and totally ineffectual in bossing the midfield. A midfield of 9st weaklings is not what's needed.
  6. Unfortunately Rovers never sign or even loan proven players in the PL so it's just wishful thinking doomed to end in disappointment.
  7. Tony Field played alongside Pele in the New York Cosmos team that won their league in 1976/77.
  8. Boro got in far too easily on Rovers left flsnk right from the start and lucky to get away with it several times in the first half. Simply can't gifting openings like that and not expect to be punished eventually. Even with 11 players the result would probably have been the same.
  9. Judging from JDT's post-match comments he's thrown Buckley under the bus and exonerated the officials. Looks like they won't even be contesting the red card so a 3 match ban stands. An idiotic approach that certainly won't go down well with the players.
  10. So you think Rankin-Costello has been useless in the last 3 matches (plus West Ham)??Do you actually watch these matches or just sit at a keyboard? And Brittain is out injured.
  11. "Transition" to League 1 after relegation next season. This squad is just staggeringly inept in both midfield and upfront where we already know Brereton will be gone by the summer.
  12. It must be his dad that's got him as far as he has. Will soon be sussed out and finish up in the Conference league or whatever.
  13. Next season is a big worry. Without the inexplicably good start to this season we would be in deep trouble now.
  14. Just watched the highlights. Scott Wharton was absolutely dreadful apart from his scoring header. He's become a total liability, missing tackles and giving the ball away for fun. How has he regressed so spectacularly since last season? Now he looks like a L2 dolloper and runs like a penguin.
  15. Serious pressure will come when every match is lost between now and the end of January. On current form that's more likely than not. The remainder of this season is a scramble for the five wins needed to ensure another - probably excruciating - seadon in the Championship.
  16. Nothing will change. There is a "project" to develop players and winning matches is only a subsidiary consideration. Relegation next season assuming 50+ points can be reached in the remaining 24 matches.
  17. That's a very low bar. Based on his showing at Burnley, Garrett is miles off it as well.
  18. Travis is pathetic beyond belief. He looks like a non league player. Has been getting steadily worse for the last two years and is now a total liability.
  19. No indication that Jdt has any intention og changing anything. Will persist with teenagers in midfield who are out of their depth and pointless dwitching of wingbacks. Brereton and perpetually injured Gallagher are thr only goal threats. The lower end of the table beckons.
  20. It's difficult to see what is gained by playing out from the back rather than playing into midfiels or even just a long ball and paick up the second ball. It only works if the defenders are talented enough on the ball to gat the ball through the press and expose the opposition on the turn.
