Yep it was last season ..agree with you there but JH did quote over the last three seasons This season we re 13th in blowing away sides in the 1st half hardly ground breaking i know ...but hardly pi55 poor. Anyway its the result that matters ..we could be 4 up at HT but if we concede 5 in the 2nd Half its pretty pointless! We can go all season not scoring in the 1st half for me but if we end up winning ..job done! (plus im in the BBE so will get to see a few goals first hand!)

For the 2019/20 season 1st Half Only Table (ie taking the 1st Half as the final result) has us in 10 th position 5pts off 6th 2nd Half Only Table we finished 15th but were 15pts off 6th.!! Yes first half goals may not be overflowing but position wise we were better off with our 1stHalf results than our 2nd. Maybe the myth we only turn up in the 2nd half may not be completely true!

I was under the impression Stoke were going to refund all season ticket sales and introduce this 11 match Season Ticket with another 11 Match Season ticket sold for the remaining home games ? Infact i think even this scheme has been scrapped and all season ticket holders have had their money refunded JH. So i dont think they ve sold any ? Although the did sell 19000 season tickets last season which was a surprise to me!

Im not arguing with that statement Tomphil not arguing with any of it ..all im saying is that just like the bloke contracted to do his job in the factory ,footballers will bend the rules and always will. Im more shocked some people seem a little naive in thinking some dont. As for the game moving on ..really ?? Its no different now you ve still got players not adhering to the rules. Christ we had two England internationals breaking rules on England duty ..Jack Grealish careering down roads p55ed up ..and these are under lockdown ..what goes on at clubs on a regular basis ? Footballers are no different to the common man. They come from all walks of life just like any of us on this forum. Im sure we ve all worked somewhere where we know he's a great worker ..he's aways late .,.he's always ringing in sick ..he's knobbing the secretary upstairs ..he,'s up the bosses ass... he does as little as possible whilst picking up top dollar ..footballers are no different.
