  1. I think so. Comments from Mowbray saying he wants the club to be in a good place when he leaves suggests something is afoot. Think he'll leave at end of season, probably don't want to be around when the fans return.
  2. Not sure what Mike Wedderburn was on about then 🤔🤔
  3. Not sure mate, just said on sky they hadn't beaten us in the league for 49 years at Ewood. Cup game maybe???
  4. 7 months before I was born so I wouldn't remember 😂😂
  5. Didn't realise Swansea haven't won at Ewood for 49 years. I can only assume we have barely played them, but cling to the hope that it's a bogey(aswell as boggy)ground for them.
  6. Another option, and I'm no expert but Mallik wilks at Hull could be worth a look. I would imagine Tony would love him cos he is a striker who basically plays as an attacking winger according to reports. Similar age and goal scoring record to Jephcott
  7. I think if Tony goes, Waggot goes too. Nothing to back that up, just my opinion. Let's hope there's some truth to it.
  8. Agreed Tyrone, even a couple of draws would be better than nowt. I'm just not hopeful, but the sooner we reach a safety mark the better. I've just had a message through as I type this, apparently Nicko is saying we are ready to appoint a foreign manager in the summer if we fire Mowbray 😳😳.
  9. Yes crucial win that. I think we'll be OK now. Sheffield weds are now 5 wins behind with a far inferior goal difference. Rotherham as I've already mentioned have had a terrible break just at the worst time, and for me another win and a couple of draws will see us safe. No guarantees of course and I'm not expecting any points in the next 3 or 4 fixtures, but after that their are enough opportunities to pick up the points.
  10. That was painful. Cost me £350 that one.
  11. Not seen the game today so can't comment but who will be dropped for Armstrong?
  12. Not at all. He's in a results based mood today.
  13. Agreed. I had us to win this and so important as I can't see another win for the rest of the month. That said, I've got to be honest I've not watched today, only seen the two deflected goals on soccer Saturday. But the way he chops and changes its unlikely this will be the team that starts the next game.
  14. Depends who's doing the buying. Mowbray spunked that amount on Gallagher
  15. Some of us have already for that reason. Took it at 100/1 but was 66 last I saw
  16. I think we may have had a bit of a result with Rotherham. They were just picking up some momentum and now they have a covid outbreak, with their next 2 fixtures postponed. This could compromise their run in, in an already clogged fixture list.
  17. Well not surprisingly the cricket has finished so the Venkys will be in a happy mood. Assuming they can watch Rovers from where they are, maybe a defeat at Millwall will put such a dampener on their day, they may feel inclined to act and fire Mowbray. I won't hold my breath.
  18. It's been a few days now since he left saying he hasn't got the energy. Wonder if he's managed to perk up enough to come and defend his latest bout of smarmy suck up bullshit.
  19. Be more interesting to see what they offer at the end of the month after the horrendous fixtures we have coming up.
  20. Same here mate. I only had a fiver though but I'm a lightweight so even with £500 I could be still be pissed for a week.
  21. Yep not a chance. I'd love to know what the odds on five wins from those fixtures will come out at!
  22. He won't even call his right back by name so he's hardly going to give two fucks about pasha or whatever the hell he's called
  23. 1 nil rovers. Lucky win, probably against 10 men. Tony will say we dominated no doubt and we've turned a corner. At least until the next game when it goes tits up again.
  24. I'm not sure the pressure is going to be off Bigdogg. Potentially, by the end of this month we will be well and truly in the shit. Then the pressure could be well and truly on and this lot haven't got the stomach for the battle I fear.
  25. See for me, Millwall is our best chance of a point this month. I don't fancy the rest at all
