  1. I agree... One trip to Trelleborg is enough. I was just thinking selfishly as I live in Sweden and I doubt rovers will come here. But for those rovers fans who would want to travel it's such an easy trip. EasyJet fly from Manchester to Copenhagen most days and booked in advance it's not to expensive ( summer time maybe so). Jump on the train at Copenhagen Airport... 30 minutes into malmo. 2 hours appx to halmstad.. And then an additional 90 minutes up to gothenburg. All on the same train line. If we still have jdt pre season... And considering his connection to Swedish football I thought it could be possible. That said, our close season is bang in the middle of the Swedish football season as the poofs don't like to play in the cold and snow!!!!!! There is also Helsingborg from the Swedish 2nd division bit of a famous club here and Varberg ( Swedish Premier) also on the same train line. All between malmo and gothenburg. Easy easy.
  2. From a purely selfish point of view I would like Rovers to have a few games in the south and West of Sweden. Malmo, Halmstad and Gothenburg. Halmstads ground is on my doorstep and both malmo and gothenburg less than 2 hours away.
  3. Why would you want to? It's childish nonsense.
  4. On a side note, I thought the referee had a great game. He certainly had the number on Millwalls cheating diving players giving them nothing.
  5. All venkys have proved in 12 years + is that they are happy just treading water. It will be the same next season I'm sure. So I don't really have any optimism at all.
  6. Feel a bit sorry for Dack. Did nowt of note second half... Probably not fully fit but for me I would try and move him on. That goes for Travis aswell.
  7. Why? From my view point... Big club and big fan base. Probably wouldn't need to move house. An ambitious manager could do a lot lot worse imho.
  8. Feel a bit sorry for Smodzics. Running his arse off for nowt. Brereton.... No idea what to say about him.
  9. I have a feeling Brereton won't last the 90 so I'm happy that Leonard is on the bench.
  10. I wonder how we will feel after JDT puts his team sheet out? Not a game for stupid surprises.
  11. I like Garrett but if he's starts and gets an early booking he won't finish the match. Who would you play?
  12. I agree as long as we keep 11 players on the pitch.
  13. Class football that. Chuffed for Gally.
  14. At least Morton has been benched.
  15. I'm happy with the team selection.
  16. Just hope that when JDT puts his team sheet out tomorrow night he makes the right selections including Adam Wharton. Pickering will likely be out so Brittain in. However, I'm not so sure he will do that.
  17. I'd take a punt on Gyorkes from Coventry if they would be willing to sell him. Bradshaw from Millwall knows where the back of the net is aswell.
  18. Another poster mentioned earlier in this thread about the tippy tappy shite build up shite towards the end of games wasting time. Which I agree with. But how much time are we wasting during the early and middle sections of the game doing exactly the same shit. The first 20 minutes of tonight's game were mind numbingly boring with the tippy tappy, mamby pamby shite stuff. We're not just good enough to do it and we lose time trying.
  19. Best player on the pitch tonight was Hulls captain, Coyle. As for us well... An average side with average players in an average standard league. There's nowt special about the standard of football in the championship. Im not one to slag off our own players and I'm not going to start now but there were more than half a dozen out there tonight who I hope find other employment for next season. One of them already has his head at Villareal. If he succeeds there then great. But he won't.
  20. We haven't been in front of hulls goal in this half yet.
