From what I've seen on the club's official accounts in various places, they're getting absolutely shredded by everyone.

Data is only any good as a check and balance to what you're seeing on the pitch. Some players flatter to deceive and they get found out once their data shows what they actually do. Some players appear to do very little but the data can prove otherwise. It's a tool, nothing more. Unfortunately, many talentless people are using this as a way to give themselves some false credibility in the football world by conning the many uninitiated into believing that these people know what they're on about. I'm certainly not naive enough to be fooled by some bullshit statistics when the team loses a game by playing shit or are sitting in the bottom three.

I would say you have to be in the premier league to be a premier league club but a small club, just like the two others you mentioned, we fucking ain't. We were a small club when compared to the likes of Liverpool and the red scum, but in comparison to most, if not all of the teams in this division we're either greater than or equal to.

In a nutshell that's it. They can't send whatever they want as they did previously. As @JHRover said previously, there's a difference between being allowed to send over moneys to cover running costs and being allowed to send over millions for 'investment'. That's how their initial request to send over £18 million got whittled down to £3.5 million. When they were allowed to send over the ~£11 million they had to provide a breakdown of where that money was going. As @miqaayil has said, the investigation was brought about by suspected misuse of funds and these restrictions are a part of that. It's going to be interesting to see what happens when the transfer money runs out. We must keep up the pressure and keep venkys in the media spotlight. The pressure reached a point where they sold the house, there's going to be a breaking point whereby the have to sell the club. We need to force this situation ourselves as nobody else is going to.

They still need to get the No Objection Certificate prior to sending funds. That is the impediment. Yes there has been a precedent set by the previous occasions of them being able to send funds provided certain conditions are met, the big one being the bank guarantee. Don't you see that both things are true? There is restrictions to them sending funds and they are also no longer funding the club unless absolutely necessary. I'm not surprised that you're continuing to double down on your incorrect interpretation though, you were claiming that they no longer needed the no objection certificate even though numerous people had tried to educate you on this.
