  1. We don't want to lose this one under any circumstance! The thought is unbearable.
  2. Probably best to not pass stuff like that on unless you have a decent source
  3. Mansfield? Those famous old rivals of ours. Is that because forest hate you?
  4. Same breed as that absolute weapon who ran on the pitch wearing t-shirt and gloves and reckoned he'd fight Savage, soon shit himself when Stephen Reid and Nelson towered over him 🤣
  5. Joey Barton the bullying little rat, stubs cigars out on youth team players and assaults 15 year old kids. Yet those gimps down the road love him, it says it all really......
  6. As expected they aren't serving ale at half time, given their last attempts its probably for the best....
  7. Normally I would agree but look at the date here. Schools (round here anyway) break up the Friday before, I imagine a fair few people will also have finished work for Xmas. It's the last 16 of a cup competition, albeit a less prestigious one than the FA cup. Get through here and the likelihood is we're the last championship team in it, it should stir up interest and excitement.
  8. Potentially one of the biggest gates of the season, potentially. Didn't expect to say that for a Carabao cup game but the timing of it is very fortunate. I think I'm more inclined to expect Swag to balls the pricing structure up though, again.
  9. Why? It's as much part of Sunday as what happens ON the pitch so should form part of the discussion. This is much more than a game of football!
  10. Bit of a dull draw but certainly winnable especially at home. If we get through there's a good chance we'll be the only non prem team in it....
  11. Be interesting to see how they disperse us after the game. I assume we'll be kept behind regardless of the result, but after that? No escort to the train station as we can't travel by train. There'll be people on coaches but where does that leave the rest?
  12. Well providing we didn't pick up any knocks that's got to be perfect preparation for Sunday! Not sure who's the best option next round, probably Newcastle away 🍻 Hopefully avoid Southampton, Bournemouth and Brighton.... Imagine some people will have finished for Xmas for the next game so potentially a big following and festive booze up

  14. What a worldie pass from Edun that was and a superb finish 👏
  15. He's got to play both Whartons on Sunday end of story. Adrenaline alone for those 2 would mean they could play with broken legs!
  16. Interesting comments, not just on his future but also promotion hopes, not on the same page as JDT was with his recent views on promotion......
  17. Exactly this. You come across bullshitters in all walks of life who can talk the talk. You see it literally every day in the line of work I'm in, there's a lot of people out there who are useless at their job but they blag decent salaries and titles. Meet them face to face and you think what a great guy (if you're easily roped in). Waggott is clearly this kind of person.
  18. Well this time next week we'll either be ecstatic or heartbroken 😕 They have some very obvious weaknesses to expose and pretty sure JDT and Co have done all their homework. We have of course got faults of our own though! We simply cannot concede first. Whatever happens its gonna be absolutely nerve wracking, part of me questions my sanity in buying a ticket for it. Win and its the best 30 quid I'll spend all year though! I wouldn't even like to call a result, stats and form go in the bin for your typical derby game. Fingers crossed for minimal trouble before and after the game too so we can continue to make our own way to the games, it's a real shitter that there's no trains mind as we're still pretty restricted as a result.
  19. Straight red for Dack....
  20. It wasn't the best performance BUT we needed a win in the dress rehearsal and that lot needed to lose, job done. Our home record is unrivalled and that's 6 straight wins with just 2 goals conceded. I'll take that any day of the week. If it means us recycling the famous 1 nil to the Arsenal chant from the 90's so be it.
  21. I wonder how much Coventry are going to impacted by this virus that hit their squad at weekend? Could be an ideal time to play them. We know only too well not to take anything for granted though and another tough task awaits. I'm going for another 1 nil away win, Hyam with the goal.
  22. Easy one this, one of the best songs ever produced
