I know Derrick had decided to call it a day after about 30 years of running the place but it looks like it won't be opening again for a long time if ever.One of the oldest buildings in Ewood and most certainly the oldest Pub.... A quick few and off to see Bob Crompton and the boys. Just so sad.

Metal shutters going up on the Fox and Hounds Pub at Ewood today,a favourite watering hole for Rovers fans since the Club moved into Ewood Park...so very sad to see. The Aquaduct,Albion,Uncle Jack's and now Fox n Hounds...sadly seems to mirror the fortunes of the Club in recent years.

Great time to be supporting the Club.We outnumbered the Charlton fans nearly three to one on what was virtually their own patch...so much Northern pride on show. Something was driving the Club on it seemed,fortunes appeared to be on the up...little did we know a certain man residing in Jersey was just getting his 'Ducks in order' down Ewood way. Happy days.

Many people have been trying for years to open constructive,meaningful dialogue with our owners darrenrover...they/we have failed.They purport to know best,they have total control of the club....nearly £200 Million of unpayable debt is owed to them. Again please tell all...what do you 'high end bunch of well connected individuals' hope to achieve? We are all interested.
