  1. I'd think Dolan will try his luck in the summer rather than jump to Swansea now, if the interest is genuine of course. It's a dubious source at best.
  2. I don't accept that we "don't have the money". We should have the money after the past 18 months and we are also being told repeatedly that there is no impediment to funding. We are choosing not to spend it.
  3. Doesnt matter the age of anyone we have loaned in, they have to be registered regardless.
  4. Yes, you basically register a new 25 man squad at the end of this transfer window, so you can unregister someone registered now to make room for a new signing say. Like Lewis O'Brien during our debacle of trying to sign him, he was registered for the first half of the season, and they unregistered him for the second half of the season due to them signing 101 players.
  5. Bare in mind that we can only register 25 in the squad, and at the moment with the new signings last week we currently have 24 registered. So we can in theory only get one more in unless some others leave. We registered 23 at the start of the season - So with Baker out and Forshaw and Sanderson in we have one slot available. I imagine McFadzean will leave that will open up another one. Of course the other option is just to not register someone too.
  6. Everyone beats these at home. Rovers 2 Portsmouth 0 Have to get back to winning ways here.
  7. Be amazed if it's any more than that. Only ones I can see that you would think would be 3pm kick offs are Preston/Charlton vs Wycombe & Southampton vs Burnley. Even Stoke/Cardiff will have some daft kick off time due to BBC Wales.
  8. Can't see it being on ITV/BBC, but International TV opens it up to be on at any time. Could be Thursday night, or Saturday/Sunday at 6pm.
  9. Kaide Gordon being recalled from Norwich by Liverpool. Definitely the kind of loan I could see us being interested in.
  10. I personally don't think he could care less about that, and I dont blame him.
  11. Bamford would be a horrible signing. Luckily he's out for the next month or so, so unlikely to happen i imagine.
  12. Brereton Diaz. Not a chance. Brereton on the other hand.
  13. Godo is another Dolan type, fairly technical and tricky but not particularly quick. We have enough of these kind of players. Surely we can find some real, genuine pace from somewhere?
  14. Not sure that's an option, if the club says you're coming back, then you're coming back!
  15. As an option at the start of the season alongside a full ST.
  16. I imagine he would play Buckley and JRC as a midfield 2 on Saturday with Duru at right back and Garrett on the bench.
  17. Definitely can only be recalled during the transfer window, no idea about the 28 days notice though but probably seems correct.
  18. Rovers website when someone is pictured holding up the shirt, and even then it's dubious.
  19. Brewster has scored 4 league goals in 5 years, and also missed about 18 months of his career due to 3 separate hamstring injuries in that time. Sounds right up our street to be fair!
  20. Hopeless Jackson is. His exclusive back in the summer was some story about us wanting Stephen Humphrys. Then back end of last year about Hedges signing a new contract, which surprise hasn't happened yet.
  21. Pears, Hyam and Tronstad have started every game this season, so ideally you take them 3 out. Could do with Batth being rested too but there isn't many options about.
  22. Only 29! That was last season. Hasn't played a competitive game for over 16 months now, so no idea as he's not injured as he's played a couple of times in the PL2.
  23. 21-22 under Mowbray, played just ahead of Rothwell and Travis. He had a good season, had a real knack of winning the ball high up the pitch and feeding the likes of Rothwell, Diaz, Dolan, Khadra. One or two games too where he was gliding past people for fun. Since the end of that season, barring a 5/6 game run under JDT in Feb/March 23 where he was looking good again before he picked up his season ending injury he just hasn't got going again.
  24. Notice period reverts back to 4 weeks for any games from March 1st onwards, reason being that Sky can't pick the games now as they could end up with a load of dead rubbers. They will obviously want to show the teams challenging.
