  1. Yep. Everyone else bar our new signings, Atcheson and O'Riordan are out of contract 2027. I think Montgomery and Leonard would need registering this year so I count 22 players who are 21 and over there, so barring no departures enough for 3 more players.
  2. Add Hedges, Montgomery & Mullarkey-Matthews to those 5 who are included in the squad now but out of contract next summer.
  3. So Ismael has told Elliot that he would like at least two new players before the end of the window, "3 would be perfect" he says. Nothing is close.
  4. Some sketchy sources linking us to Bali Mumba and Marc Leonard this afternoon. On that RoversXtra twitter page for anyone interested.
  5. Looks promising. In reality he's a right back filling in as a right winger due to numbers. I think they will get someone in that position before the window shuts, but it won't be anyone who will come straight into the team it will be someone to back up Hedges.
  6. Isn't this just the norm with the minutes these days? They always seem to be released a few weeks after the meeting.
  7. Good. It's what this club deserves. Cynic in me says this is a way into Burnley without them paying compensation, could see him "on loan" there in 6 months.
  8. I reckon if Dolan was still here, then Hedges would still be first choice on the left.
  9. De Neve, because Dolan has left and they have had to put Hedges on the other side.
  10. I'm pretty confident that they will all be back up's, as all our other signings have been. Then those back up's will become starters next season when another load of players leave for nothing, rinse and repeat. We don't improve the first 11 here, not a priority.
  11. Out for 3 months with a stress fracture in his back.
  12. If Alebiosu came here for 500k, didn't play a game, spent a year or so out on loan, and we sold him for Β£2m afterwards, Chaddy would be saying it's a great move for everybody concerned.
  13. Pretty obvious that Kapaudi isn't coming now, not sure why he's still trying to push that one. Baradji I dunno, seems like they really want him, but it's a huge risk. As for Phillips, another good season at Stoke and you could be looking at selling him for Β£6m plus next summer, how is it a pointless signing for them if they more than double there money on him, all while probably having the majority of his wages covered for a couple of years via his loan spells? No guarentee he would have developed any better here, you're also forgetting that he's only just turned 20 years old.
  14. I'm not sure it is to be honest. You would need for me 3 GK's at both under 21 and Senior level for training purposes, also to cover for any injuries that might occur. I imagine someone like Barrett will be on absolute peanuts, probably not much more than the average working man.
  15. I imagine Barrett is very cheap to keep around for training purposes and to play in the under 21s as an older head. It looks to me that Michelski will be the 3rd (possibly 2nd if Pears does leave?) choice keeper to save a registration spot in the 25. Obviously depends if the Under 21's play on the same day as the seniors but concerned that could hamper his development if he's not playing as much. Although thinking about it there is a lot of under 21 games/competitions these days so sure he will play his fair share.
  16. He reckons two of them are still Kapaudi and Baradji. If they sell him on for a profit next summer, how is it a pointless signing?
  17. Always worked before. Popular games like Wrexham, just start it at ST holders + X away games depending when it falls in the season. Over complicated nonsense.
  18. You could argue that De Neve is Dolan's replacement as things stand, as all they have done is put him on the left and shift Hedges who previously played onto the right.
  19. I don't think they know. Just make it up as they go along. Loyalty point system is completely pointless here, one game a season at best is there demand for any loyalty points before they go on general sale. Usually if Dingles are in the same league as us, this year I suppose Wrexham might need it.
  20. League one was the original berth of the 1875 club wasn't it due to some small allocations? From memory there was only Fleetwood that actually ended up needing it! Then I think it got canned for a few years until we appeared in the same league as those lot so they decided to cash in on the FOMO as you rightly say. What an operation this club is.
  21. This is it for me, the 1875 membership would have been perfect for this. Pay a Β£30 yearly fee or whatever and get x amount off each ticket you buy over the season, can charge the away fans what they want then. As we have known long before now, nobody is interested in growing the fanbase here. We're a huge inconvenience to them.
  22. Best way at looking at this transfer window so far is, has our first 11 improved on last season? Is McLoughlin better than Batth? Is De Neve better than Dolan? They are so far the only changes to our "best 11" that finished last season. The answer to me is pretty clear.
  23. Follows the same pattern as every window in recent times. Nobody has been bought that's any better than what we have and to impact the first 11. Just squad fillers & downgrades. McLoughlin might be better than Wharton, although I think they will end up being very similar.
  24. I think things will be fairly quiet now until the last week or so of the window, apart from links to outgoing players.
  25. They did state that it wouldn't be ready for the Everton game to be fair when the ticket details were released. All about getting it done for August 16th, of course whether they will is anyone's guess.
