  1. These are an underrated team this season, and we always take a step back after a couple forward. Rovers 0 Brum 2
  2. Apparently. The same person also told me that the uptake of 1875 memberships from non ST holders was painfully small. Easiest £20k the club will ever make.
  3. I was told that there was around 2k ST holders with the 1875 membership (1700 eligible for phase 1 as you said). So, if everybody takes the option up it should release a couple of hundred for phase 3, No idea if 100% true but if that wasn't the case i'm sure the club would have stated "phase 3 details to follow if there are any left". The fact they have announced a phase 3 window suggests to me there will be a small amount left.
  4. Two more fixture changes in December. PNE at Ewood and Norwich away moved for Sky https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2022/october/13/two-december-sky-selections/
  5. I obviously meant either Gallagher or Hirst not both of them. I do agree that neither can hold up the ball like Danny Graham, but surely they are both more use stood central attempting to win things so the likes of Dack can thrive just off them? Rather than out wide where they just don't influence the game at all.
  6. I just think the system is a load of garbage, i was hoping these bizarre formations with no strikers would have been out of the door with Mowbray. Why can't we just get one of the strikers central and play off him a bit? We can still play out from the back if we must persist with that, but it's no coincidence that in the last 3 away games we haven't threatened at all bar a last minute missed penalty. Diaz does seem to be at his best coming from the left to be fair, but why can't we get Dack playing off Gallagher/Hirst and see if he can recapture his old form? Hedges out on the right.
  7. Boggles the mind doesn't it. They are the experts however 🙄
  8. Nice idea, but Diaz or Gallagher for that matter will never be played through the middle here.
  9. Yep. Don't tolerate ridiculous questions. The other ones are more than valid though. Feel like we're in Mowbray territory again where we play everyone apart from the best RB at the club at right back,
  10. To be fair if I was a manager and the person interviewing me asked that, I'd walk off.
  11. Yes I know. I was answering your question "Wasn't Flowers sent off as a non playing sub". He was, but it wasn't in the 5-0 defeat or the 0-0 draw there the year after, it was in a 2-0 defeat in April 1998.
  12. Ah yeah good point, what Sky says usually goes in all fairness.
  13. Seems like all the other clubs are fitting there cancelled games in on the 8th/9th November. We couldn't do that as we play in the cup that midweek. There is also w/c 24th October free too where the dingles are playing there rearranged game. All odd because i thought clubs had to do it at the earliest opportunity.
  14. Just check before buying one as they stated in an article a while back that any 1875 memberships bought after August 31st wouldn't count towards the first priority of ticket sales for any game.
  15. No, but they could strike on the Saturday before which always impacts all the services the following morning.
  16. It's just engineering work at the moment that weekend rather than a strike, so there are rail replacement buses. Of course they could still strike that weekend yet as they have to give 2 weeks notice, i think they probably will looking at when they have done in previous months.
  17. We have to score first to get a result. 18 times we have gone behind in 2022, we only manged to get a result in 2 of them. What a hopeless bunch.
  18. Last time we scored a 90th minute goal that meant something was an equaliser against Cardiff in April 2021. Prior to that it was a winner against Rotherham in December 2020. Last time we scored a 90th minute goal that meant something in front of fans was an equaliser against Swansea in Feb 2020, while the last time we scored a winner in injury time with fans in the ground was against Sheffield Wedneday in November 2019. We're pathetic when chasing a goal going in to the dying stages of games.
  19. We'll win this as the sequence continues. Rovers 2 Rotherham 1
