Also he's injured, so we won't be seeing him for a while, he might be a good player and fit but would rather someone come in who could hit the ground running, we seem incapable of that though.

Anyone who is around 40 years old would have a very similar team as there best 11. Pedersen is an interesting one, for me though there's probably 3 I would have in front of him on the left.

I still think Baradji covers both RW and CM in typical budget Rovers fashion.

I think the pay as you play deal will be with the club rather than the player.

Won the fans player of the year that season too over Shearer who scored 30 odd goals which is some feat in itself, and showed what the fans thought of him. Think it's easy to forget how good he was with him not being involved much in the title winning season.

Suppose Sherwood is seen as an automatic pick by a lot with being the captain of the title winning side. For me though I always thought Batty was twice the player Sherwood was, such a shame he got that injury fairly early doors with us.
