Maybe a new 3 year deal and a league one loan is the next step for Batty if we're keeping him on. Don't see many first team opportunities with Riberio and Pickering in front of him.

The week they are off sale is for "admin" reasons according to Yasir, like seat moves etc. Not sure they need a week with such low numbers, but going off sale for a few days for those reasons has always been a historical thing even before these idiots rocked up.

Personally I think he's probably better than all them. Vale should be released. Leonard needs a good loan and league below if possible. Gueye should only be a last resort option as something to hit in the box when losing, so 3rd choice starter at best.

That Riis is ok, 12 goals isn't a bad return for a side like Preston this season. Good age and played a lot of minutes this season. I don't imagine he would be someone on our radar though.

Actually look good in that left back department for once with Powell coming through who I really like the look of. The odd one out is probably Jake Batty, not sure he kicks on here wouldn't overly surprise me if was released this summer.

Yeah I know. I just say release him, taking the option and getting a few hundred grand just puts that little bit less pressure on venkys to put anything in.
