They released them at the end of March last season when we could have ended up in either one of two divisions. Loads of clubs get them on sale without knowing what league they will be the following year I think that's just a cop out excuse.

Yeah they usually do that, I wouldn't expect the line up until January to come out for a good few weeks after the fixtures have been announced though.
