  1. He’s become an ‘easy scapegoat’ because he is quite obviously phoning it in. We’ve known for months that he’s off, but the fans haven’t particularly had an issue with it as he was still putting a shift in… that hasn’t been the case in recent weeks.
  2. Which is fair enough, obviously he’s not the finished article at 18, but it was a fairly disingenuous of JDT calling him out for it considering the other lad that has played most weeks isn’t exactly a grafter off the ball…
  3. If a ‘big 6’ came in, he’d be off. Not really comparable to the likes of Rothwell.
  4. Of course it’s done, but I’m very disappointed that a massive win was snatched away, a potentially transformative win for the club… sorry I’m not a zombie.
  5. A decade of shite so I’m now well used to bad results/performances/late goals etc, don’t take it anywhere near as badly as I used to (plus you get a bit more perspective as you get older)… but bloody hell a day on and I’m nowhere near shaking it. We had one foot there.
  6. Unfortunately players like that don’t get much chance to thrive at normal clubs before they are headhunted.
  7. I’d much rather muse about them playing for England than a ‘big 6’ club…
  8. We are a decent enough second tier side, however we’ve hardly a striker to our name. That is what will cost us… and it ain’t on the manager.
  9. Be a great politician would the Chadster, like trying to nail jelly to a wall 😁
  10. Let’s hope he doesn’t just walk off and go and play on his XBOX.
  11. Maybe, the plaque will be in some long grass down there.
  12. Coyle was very passionate on the touchline.
  13. What blinkers? 6th in the league with four to go. Should this squad be top two, Champions? xG, do me a favour.
  14. Even more folk around me last night in two minds about renewing re Sky coverage. Spoke to a lad at work this morning and he’s heard a lot of it too… still nowt to worry about as 1864 and his mates have renewed.
  15. He’s ‘grinding out’ games because that’s the best way to keep an average team with an average budget up there. How much sparkling football are Millwall and Luton playing? When he fecks off and we are lumbered with someone from the usual merry go round, we’ll see how ‘not fussed’ some of you are then…
  16. It’s Ryan Lowe that was sent off! Not sure our Mr Clipboard gets animated enough to get sent off…
  17. Sorry I thought you did know as you said he ‘wasn’t the best candidate for the job’. But in reality you’ve you’ve no idea either way. Fair enough.
  18. Who was then? Duncan Ferguson? That fella that ended up in the Middle East somewhere? Ainsworth?
  19. Four *years* on since Swag was ‘looking into it’… where’s TP’s tribute?
  20. The first paragraph, how do you know he didn’t do that? (Indeed it sounds like he did, ergo a poor relationship with GB since).
  21. Presuming he’ll be launching the Rovers NFT campaign before he leaves?
  22. If you personally think he’s good, bad or indifferent there’s a *chance* that the first team manager walks in the summer… presuming GB has a shortlist drawn up?
  23. He’ll just go home and take time out if there’s no job. He left a champion team without a second thought, so he wouldn’t think twice about leaving this mediocre set up. This fella ain’t TM, just happy for a contract anywhere at a decent level.
  24. You might be ‘very relaxed’ and not too arsed either way, but others are very disappointed, a win last night would’ve seen us with one foot in the play offs, we could’ve afforded a defeat somewhere. Now you could be staring down the barrel after any defeat, considering we are playing a lot of rivals… so bugger off with the ‘negativity’ stuff.
