Things will have to change, the days of plenty for mediocre footballers will be over.

I personally can’t see fans being allowed into football grounds for a very long time. 12 months? Who knows. So something completely out of the box will need to be attempted to re-engage supporters. The only ‘modern’ comparison would be post WW2, but even then there had been football played to crowds through the war and culturally it was a different world. So let’s hope the club is up to the challenge, or Blackburn Rovers and a big chunk of our clubs as we know them have gone for good.

Thing is both Rovers and Olympic have always played in blue (I know Rovers wore white for a couple of years right at the beginning), so should have been simple enough, why claret?
