  1. I recently argued with posters on here that no Blackburn Rovers supporter deserves Venkys, but I take that back, you actually do. To turn the last 11yrs into some sort of positive is some going….especially when the club is £150m in debt.
  2. Jesus wept….. Yes you got me, superb owners, we’re lucky to have them.
  3. Nobody does anything at this club without the owners signing off, like sacking managers, selling players or selling training grounds. No matter how hard you try to deflect, posters see right through you.
  4. If you think wanting people to be treated with dignity and respect is winding people up then I’m guilty. You’re damn right I was dead against selling off fixed assets, you seem happy to support your mates in Pune whilst they trample all over Jacks legacy, I’m not.
  5. In any walk of life is disgusting, how anyone can think this is good for the club needs to give the head a wobble. Get rid of the manager by all means, but do it the right way……
  6. More bullshit Rev…. You’ll be telling us he stands to benefit financially from the sale of the training ground next, which you made up…..
  7. You only need to look at what happened to Appleton, Berg and Lambert to read between the lines. Theyve stopped answering the phone again, they won’t sack him and never had any intention to sack him due to compensation package. They're absolute scum and I don’t use that word lightly.
  8. The owners are an absolute disgrace, another shambles that drags the club through mud once again. You treat people as you wish to be treated. Another low under these bastards. Venkys Out!
  9. You’re having a laugh right? Tell me joking Paul or taking the piss please…..
  10. One with Liam doing his stuff
  11. I went to see a similar event in The Hordens a while back, very entertaining, told some great stories, one in particular about Terry Hurlock when he arrived at Southampton as part of the Shearer deal. Well worth the admission fee alone 🤣
  12. Not only is it quite clearly a young side, its a bloody good side too, probably the best side we've had in a decade. Let hope they do us proud on Saturday.
  13. I've just shown you this goes further back than 2009, they almost went to the wall in 1997 but were saved by the fans, I'm sure you see that. Lets also not pretend that having billionaire owners guarantees anything.......
  14. You think so? Could be us next. https://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/news/15044146.the-night-that-saved-the-cherries-afc-bournemouths-winter-gardens-meeting-1997/ https://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/15961996.football-feature-bust-boom---10-years-ago-cherries-plunged-administration/
  15. Its surprising to read the snobbery on this page aimed at Bournemouth, a club we should be looking to emulate, a club saved by fan ownership after years of mismanagement, now punching above its weight and potentially heading back to the big time. I recall the premierships big hitters saying we didn't deserve to be in top league, Wigan neither or Bolton because we got crap gates, its was bullshit then and in Bournemouth's case its bullshit now.
  16. Speak for yourself Waco, it’s called attention seeking bullshit where I come from and should be stamped out in my opinion, especially when one or two have a 100% record of being wrong, which means they’ve made it up.
  17. The club have reduced ticket prices to £10 in all areas I believe, we should get a bumper crowd on after smashing PNE Herbie. The effort and energy across the park last night was tremendous, if we can show that on Saturday we'll beat Bournemouth. Rover 2 Bournemouth 0 - Feelings of jubilation and trepidation at the prospect of those bleedin playoffs (I hate them)
  18. They've only lost 4 league games at home all season including last night, one of the best records in the division. But as you say, they were awful last night, reminded me of us over the past few months.
  19. 'Justified' would be my guess.
  20. Nope - Pete Townsend The Who
  21. He won 3 games in 26 and Balaji gave him a new contract, which one was the clincher?
  22. Brilliant scenes, made up for the travelling hordes.
  23. Gallagher has been superb tonight, hope the injury isnt to bad.
  24. Those brilliant fans deserve this. Superb.
