  1. Even Darren Moore is beyond Venkys reach, so I think you’ll be disappointed on that one too.
  2. The first part of your post sounds like you’re a 3yr old, but I’ll ignore that bollox. The second part, is that Darren Moore who was relegated with Wednesday, has the biggest budget on the league 1 and only made the playoffs? Can you see the point being made here, where this is going?
  3. Just over £3m was turned down by meddling owners.
  4. I suggest you have a read back, it was Nixon who mentioned Carlos Carva not me, I said he played good football at Braga, but do carry on. Darren Moore eh 😂 Jesus Wept….
  5. As do 100’s of managers across the leagues K-Hod. We aren’t all saying ‘Now that Scott Parker at Bournemouth, he’s a great manager’ are we? Good end to the season, funds we can only dream of.
  6. He’s just taken Braga to the latter stages of the Europa Cup, he’s way beyond Venkys reach anyway glen.
  7. Happened throughout 1980’s at Ewood islander, Kendal almost got us up, Saxton too. Don Mackay was funded by Jack, he also failed. If memory serves me correctly, all had bad runs in 2nd half of the season. Don went on 23 game unbeaten run and blew it towards the end. Why? Small squads, lacking in quality beyond your first 11, no funds. Its not a Mowbray thing at all if you look beyond the tripe written on here.
  8. Anyone who watched his Braga side this season would love his style of football, did a good job at Wednesday too, but beyond our ability to recruit or fund I’m sure.
  9. Certainly not, but with Diaz unfit or unavailable from around the same time, that was massive for us. That said young Buckley certainly suffered a dip in form, could have been linked to having a sulking Rothwell not pulling his weight, Injuries across the whole side, it was predictable with such a small squad’ most called it in January.
  10. He was instrumental in our loss of form when Venkys refused to sell him, he sulked, his head went down and I have no time for him. Mowbray plucked him from the scrap heap, turned him into the player he is today and this is the way he paid his manager back?
  11. Venkys have already fucked the club Asia and they’ll continue to do so whilst the name Venky remains above the door. Mowbray is answering questions put to him, confirming what many supporters already know….The clubs a dysfunctional mess, rudderless, floating towards the next iceberg. Next manger = cheap = no budget = Shite. You heard it here first.
  12. 😀 Not the 1700 that paid £100+ to attend today SG.
  13. Clubs in safe hands, roll on next season.
  14. They speak with great authority from the comfort of the armchair.
  15. Been there @WacoRoverstayed in that weird hotel, avoid the bar, makes Burnley look normal.
  16. Fans play no part in that decision, Mowbray is safe hands, Cocu is not.
  17. Bullshit. They pay to voice that opinion and they’re entitled to do so.
  18. That’s brilliant, proper fans, nowt to play for. Glad they’ve seen 2 brilliant goals.
  19. Let’s not forget it was your man ‘Wee Coyley’ that put this club into the 3rd division and it was Mowbray who got us out. Sources told you Mowbray was unlikely to be here for todays game, how did that work out? Is he in the dugout? I’m not following the game today?
  20. It’s terrible isn’t it, no communication for anyone about whether or not you have a job on Monday morning, the cheek of the man! It’s a disgusting way to treat someone who put the club back on a level playing field after the Coyle disaster. Football fans have short memories.
  21. Like most of the posters on here, its well documented that promotion from league 1 was below them.
  22. I do struggle with it taking any supporter 11yrs to reach a conclusion on these owners, but the rest of your post is certainly one from the Rev I know. If they appointment Dyche or Farke I’d be astounded, even I would have to concede ground in the other direction if that was to happen.
  23. Playing a 20 goal strikers at fullback? You’d be pulling your hair out in no time roverandout!
  24. I posted this a few weeks ago, just a reminder how wrong the bookies can be, 2017, a few days before Mowbray was appointed: Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink 7/2 Kenny Jackett 5/1 Steve Cotterill 5/1 Dougie Freedman 11/2 Nigel Adkins 6/1 Tim Sherwood 7/1 Billy Davies 10/1 Alex McLeish 10/1 Gary Rowett 10/1 Nigel Pearson 12/1 Mark Warburton 16/1
