  1. What utter bullshit Upside down, if you believe he never murdered Goldman and Nicole I’ve a bridge to sell, going cheap, over the Thames, I’ll do you a good deal. 👍
  2. Watching Arsenal and Liverpool throwing away points today, if you’d have put £10 accumulator on Plymouth to beat Leicester 6/1 Blackburn to beat Leeds 8/1 Palace to beat Liverpool 10/1 Villa to beat Arsenal 9/1 You’d have won £69,300 (I think) It’s a funny old game football, Anyone take the bet?
  3. Made up for you and the rest of the Rovers hordes, you deserved that after the debacle in midweek. I must admit, watching yesterday reminded me so much of Rovers games late 80’s when we were pushing for promotion. The pressure does funny things to teams, you can’t do anything about it as Leeds and Leicester found out this weekend and we found out to our cost many times late 80’s.
  4. Just watched the goal again, that pass from Dolan was exquisite, pinpoint accuracy and pace, just superb.
  5. Probably the only poster who predicted a positive result and the ones who jumped on him for it are looking a bit silly now 😁 Good effort chaddy lad.
  6. That is down to the tactics being employed by the manager and the fact we've well and truly parked the bus. Long may it continue!
  7. I must take issue with the ‘gullible’ reference, please replace that with loyal if you would. 👍
  8. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/24248757.rovers-legend-simon-garner-back-blackburn/ Simon will be book signing in Blackburn and is guest of honour for the Wednesday game. Saturday, April 20, 12pm to 1pm, Roverstore, Ewood Park Saturday, April 20, 2.30pm to 3.30pm, Waterstones, The Mall Sunday, April 21, 4pm to 5pm, Rising Sun, Whalley New Road
  9. This is how most fans felt before we went to Sunderland and smashed them 5-1 Tony. This is a Leeds side that couldn't beat the same Sunderland side on Tuesday. I'm reaching I know...... Leeds 1 Rovers 1
  10. Very good JH, made me laugh out loud that one 🤣
  11. We went off the home gates they used to get in 80's, a further allocation would have been pointless 😉 7 March 1987 Exeter City (H)0–0 1,792 17 March 1987 Northampton Town (H)2–1Hoskin 39', Gallagher 70' 2,691 21 March 1987 Aldershot (H)0–1 2,690 4 April 1987 Cambridge United (H)0–2 1,874
  12. You would hope they're drawing up plans right now to offer home fans entrance for £10 and get the place sold out.
  13. Spot on Len, especially the part highlighted above. I think we'll survive, I believe we'll beat Sheff Weds, then everyone will breath a huge sigh of relief, job done, everything in the garden is rosy, we dodged a bullet, positivity reigns supreme, then next season arrives.......Rinse and repeat. VENKYS OUT - NOTHING ELSE MATTERS
  14. I don't agree with posting abuse online, although I have on occasion told Abbey to 'go away' 🤣 But didn't his wife wage war on Rovers fans, who abused Murphys abject performances online, by posting pictures of her Christian Louboutin shoes! Explaining that her shoe collection would buy a house in Blackburn. Pairs of ****s and I don't mean the shoes.
  15. Couple of dingle related banners from 2000's. One from M65, one from railway bridge near Ewood (My son had no bottom sheet for a week or so, but it was worth it) 😁
  16. The sad thing about it is, almost every player on show today would walk into our current side, if we could afford them…..
  17. I know it’s like comparing apples and apples, but I’m sure I read Leicester have the most expensive squad ever to play championship football. They were head and shoulders above everyone else before Christmas. I’d put Leicester and Leeds in a bracket above Saints personally. I still think Leicester win the league.
  18. Very good result against a promotion pushing Saints side. Onwards and upwards.
  19. This shouldn't be a dull affair lacking goals, with both teams free scoring of later (Ok, in our case it was only 1 game)! I'd be happy with the point today, but I fear Southampton will probably have to much for us. Rovers 2 Southampton 2
  20. Just reading some of the posters still flogging the Mowbray narrative, in time you'll come to realise the guy did a decent job here and if this was a normal club in any way, would have turned a massive profit on players and probably got us promoted with the proceeds. Getting back to Eustace, he's working with the same players, the same depleted squad (Granted with players coming back) and the same bullshit going on behind the scenes (Players contracts). It all doesn't lend itself to a cohesive approach to winning football matches. He's a decent manager, but the odds are stacked against him, just like JDT, who was the best manager to come here under these idiots and they lied to him. VENKYS OUT - NOTHING ELSE MATTERS
