Harry Leonard need to play first team football whether that on loan or maybe a sale with buy back clause. Think Peterborough would be good club for him to join given how they develop and improve. I still think he could make here but he does need regular first team football here. Since Sir Alex Ferguson left, no head coach/manager has lasted 3 season and some not even 1 full season. They have lacked direction and a proper coherent plan. Ralf Rangnick said this during his time at the club and why they didn't listen to him, and why on earth they didn't appoint him as Sporting Director and let him come up with that proper coherent plan.
