  1. What did they so about this in the meeting and are they looking at improve the match day experience? I haven't had one for years and I would hope we send these out for people don't do email or social media. Its a very good point and would hope would contact these by phone or by letter. I wouldn't move for BBE for Riverside Stand if it was for free.
  2. Sunderland considering brutal Tony Mowbray sack, as three replacements emerge Sources: Sunderland considering brutal Tony Mowbray sack, as three replacements emerge (msn.com)
  3. Everton and Leicester or Leeds please Southampton are down
  4. I don't think he is considerably worse than Kaminski. If Injury was to blame for Kaminski. The last sentence is the same old comment you posted when I won't agree with you. I don't think you can say its a truly baffling one at all cos JDT stuck with Pears when Kaminski so maybe he has already made his mind who he wanted in the long term. Why assume anything tho? What happens if before the next season JDT comes out during the next few weeks and says he decide Pears was his long term number 1? what would you think then? maybe Kaminski had already decide he wanted to move this summer due to family reasons and Move closer to them? If Kaminski is to leave would you like to see another keeper sign this summer to complete with Pears for the number 1 jersey? oh well, I tried to understand the decision and what could be behind the decision instead of coming out with this is wrong decision straight away without looking at it from JDT's point of view or the club's point of view?
  5. On your first point I don't see anything like monumental, point costing decision you are suggested. on point 2, I don't budget cuts has caused this situation at all. on point 3, I don't think Pears would have signed a new contract if he was assured he would start the next season as number 1. Also I don't Kaminski staying here as number 2 and I think he will look to move on in the summer. Thanks for sharing Ossydave
  6. What do you mean disagree on a decision? Budget cuts? none of us know what happens if JDT wants Pears as his number 1. Maybe Kaminski wanted to leave. None of us know. both have different strengths and I would be happy with either. Hard to pick one for me, But given that Pears did well in the spell he played and I would stick with him for the first Championship game
  7. my opinion. JDT didn't put Kaminski back into the team when he could have done but stay with Pears along. Maybe Kaminski wants to leave this summer given Rich Sharpe's comments today, I don't know. None of us know what Kaminski might want to do. We find out over the summer. I don't GB pushing or forcing anything on JDT and that isn't how the DoF/head coach structure. This isn't American sports where they Director of Basketball for example signs the players and its down to the Head coach to fit them in and build a team style of play to suit them for example.
  8. I have deleted that part of the post. My point was I see this decision being from JDT saying he wants Pears as number 2 and I don't see GB forcing anything on him.
  9. Nikita Haikin is that player. He signed for Bristol City then 2 months left moved back to FK Bodø/Glimt on a 3 years contract
  10. Rovers AREN'T going to force anything on JDT and Maybe it's actually JDT who wants Pears as number 1 next season.
  11. Should have been the same price all summer. Not rocket science was it?
  12. or JDT wants Pears as number 1 for next season excellent point Mike. He hasn't let the team down in any games.

  14. I don't think either season collapses was down to experience but this season was down to lack of quality striker sign in January.
  15. I am trying to discuss and debate but why mention Coyle name in the discuss. I think Bowyer would be decent appointment as I think he would for Reading or other league 1 clubs who looking for a new manager
  16. But 2 promotions on his CV. Bowyer has plenty of experiences and been success at that level and has 2 promotions plus worked in difficult circumstances before at Blackpool. Why would he given how he walked away from the job for a coaching job on Gerrard staff. If I was Blackpool CEO I would go for either Richardson or Wilder
  17. lets first get the first game and even see who we sign first before we start discussing potential opening day line ups, If JRC is moving to CM as his interview then its quite possible we won't need another CM but actually a back up RB. If Gallagher is staying then I think 1 striker signing might be enough if we someone who could Left side attacker and number 9 for example. Shedding all of the experience? not all. Still plenty of experience in this squad like Hyam, Travis, Hedges, Gallagher, Szmodics, Brittain, Pickering. Plus the players I have suggested like Nisbet(26), Ogbene(26) or Maja(24) aren't young players but players between 24 to 26 years old and with experience. Even Jason Knight has over 150 appearances majority at Championship level unless your post yesterday suggesting they were at lower leagues level. I haven't suggested signing under 21's players but players between 22-26 aged with some experience and whether Championship or SPL or even overseas experience. Fair point. Hold my hands on that. ✋✋
  18. Its quite surprised just how negative you are on here. his name need removing from BRFC history and his name should be barred on here from being mention. I think Bowyer would be good appointment for Blackpool along with Leam Richardson, Danny Cowley and Chris Wilder.
  19. I never once said JDT is telling lies so don't start misquoting me but Raya is likely to be sold meaning money coming in the club plus wage bill reduced and we might sell Gallagher or Kaminski yet again re-generating funds to spend. Plus given the facts that we have been linked to several players who would cost fees suggest to me that they might be some money available just like last season where we bought we players. Like I said yesterday We sign 2 players for fees, 2 free transfers and 2 loans for example. Alex Neil left Sunderland for Stoke so it maybe they will be some funds available I don't get why it would be strange appointment given his EFL experience.
  20. The youth will get experience and become better players for the experience Injuries will happen and I would use Garrett here. Good midfield who put his foot in and tackle. Plus good left with passing. You have questions over his quality I deffo don't and I rated him highly Leonard is an option and I would keep him here and develop him. Just look at Markanday situation for prime example. Unless you 100% Guarantee he will play but I don't want to keep loaning in players and signing replacements just adding the wage bill. Phillips will be 3rd or 4th choice next season. He will get his chance but yet again down to players form and that what I based my team selection on playing form. why not keep Ayala on lesser wage if you want experience.
  21. Yes I just read Bowyer's statement. Does appear that way from his statement. thanks They bought in 3 PL strikers on loan. Will be interested what Lowe does this summer. No money. Their owner even took a loan from the club. Expect sales from them with free transfers/loans coming in. Massive wage bill, and FFP blocking owners investing I don't think their owner has any money to invest? didn't he take a loan from the club last season?
  22. Slow down, most of that recruitment team wasn't even in place for last summer window and in January we needed a couple of signings which GB failed to deliver on bringing in a striker. According to GB all the transfer lists are down, budget agreed already for the summer transfer window so hopefully in the next 6 weeks we will bring in a couple of signings before pre-season
  23. is Lowe staying at PNE tho? What are the 3 PL clubs going to do about their players and do they have relegation wage clauses in them or their head coach/manager situation?
  24. Given that these Blackpool rumours have happened since he quit Dundee.
