He has been out of contract for the last 21 days and still no club signing and he has told Rovers he won't be signing a new contract here. Given that Championship clubs have been in pre season for 3/4 weeks and having/gone on pre season training camp yet Dolan doesn't appear to have any offers UK based. So what is the issue and why aren't Championship clubs looking to sign him? Also given he and his agent would have know for months he was leaving here so surely he had suitors then?
