  1. What does that look like? Do you agree with this? Is that similar to what I suggest to KentExile " Our key players around 6 or 7 should be on a certain around 16k to 25k, then your next 6 or 7 players should be around 10k to 15k with rest below that but with incentives bonuses in all contracts based on appearances, goals and clean sheets. "
  2. read the Rovers Fans Forum minutes and that what is said. from the Rovers minutes "DM asked who was running the club in the absence of the CEO and accountable as it was noted Steve Waggott was still listed as a Director at Companies house. SS confirmed that at the moment Steve Waggott was still officially a club employee, whilst the other members of the board carry full accountability."
  3. I know who is listed on the company house website thanks but EFL seen others as Wilsdenrover posted. We don't have a company secretary. Rumours he still in Brighton last season for whatever reasons and we don't know what they are but it was said he is now located at Brockhall now
  4. My point orignally was we didn't sign those 2 players cos we signed Taveras as our midfielder signing Yet our wages still above our turnover in 23/24 financial year(118%), hence why they want and need into increase income coming in from commercial and sponsor revenue. You are correct that we are lower end of wages and we have wage structure but we need to be careful cos we can't offer our key players the sort of increase of wages to get them to re-sign here tho we can't be reckless and offer them more than we can afford otherwise other players will demand much more. leading to problems. Our key players around 6 or 7 should be on a certain around 16k to 25k, then your next 6 or 7 players should be around 10k to 15k with rest below that but with incentives bonuses in all contracts based on appearances, goals and clean sheets.
  5. Waggott is still employed by Rovers as the Rovers fan forum minutes says. Also we don't have a company secretary, Brett Baker is the head of Football administration and it was reported on here he is now based at Brockhall
  6. Swerve what? I just put that it could be woman that is appoint to the Rovers CEO role
  7. Liverpool are selling Ben Doak to Bournemouth and rumours are Elliott and Chiesa will go so they will a couple of signings. You can't expect Ekitiké to play every game and yes he was impressive last night, but Liverpool need a couple more signings, 1 centre back cos Konate was awful last night and his positional was very poor, 1 wide player and 1 more forward
  8. did we ever put a bid for either player, yes we were linked to them but we did sign Taveras around the same time, so I think he was the pick of Ismael, Gestede and Owen.
  9. I know who is on the board and on the companies house website. Sreenivasa Rao was at Tuesday's game. Could it be him? Elliott Jackson says Rovers board. Question for people who know much more then myself about this sort of thing than a novice like me. Can other people can been on that board without be director of the company? Do Rovers have a football board made up of 4 or 5 officials from key positions at the club?
  10. Who says it going to a male? Could be female CEO appointment?
  11. No. It's a strange decision so it will interesting what Ismael says post match and whether Travis is there tomorrow Ismael has told the Supporters based the Travis situation and he wants out. It's was a board decision from what Jackson reported. Or something has happened in the last few hours over a target
  12. What are average wages at this level? You seem to have the answers
  13. You know that wouldn't happen. Ismael answered the questions over transfers apart from Travis and the game against Birmingham. Ismael was honest, straight and direct with his answer over the Lewis Travis situation. It was the right approach to be honest with the media and Supporters base Played for Liverpool in the PL and Scottish international. Similar to the fees that Forest are paying for McAtee and Hutchinson I think its will be new player off the radar.
  14. Wouldn't surprise me if Cantwell was captain tomorrow
  15. Looks like no Travis given what has been said this week and the press conference, so I think Ismael will pick this team Toth Alebiosu Hyam McLoughlin Ribeiro Tavares Tronstad De Neve Cantwell Karbgo Ohashi
  16. I said I would spent that money on quality centre back and got someone like a Matt Smith to be Graham's back up. why would they change formation when they always been 3 at the team under Parkinson and its done wonders for them. I would imagine it will be Broadhead, Moore and Windass You know we don't pay big wages players like Windass, Moore and O'Brien.
  17. Good luck Josh It will be the New CEO, Yasir and LT at the meeting. maybe Ismael or Gestede or Owen at the odd one
  18. Bournemouth deserved to be drawing. Liverpool wide open at the back, no protection. Konate has had a shocker tonight Fair play to Bournemouth given they have lost 5 key players. Liverpool need a centre back for sure, and they need a striker
  19. I really don't know why I bothered and taking time to your questions cos you just come back that first sentence. So all getting abit tedious and monotonous with yourself now. I leave it there tonight and until after the Birmingham game. Let's hope we get our first win and we can go all home happy
  20. You loved asking questions do you? answer to the first question, we see in May but given Ismael's recent comments and with Brittain and Travis leaving its feel more of a season of transition and mid table finish. answer to your second question, We need a new right winger signing for deffo, should have been done by now. Secondly as Ismael has said we can replace players who leaves but you can't keep signing players after players without letting players leave. Stockpiling players isn't an option No my opinion haven't waivered on Michalski, Montgomery or Tyjon. You got to understand that these young players will have up and down, but you need support them at the right time and give them kick up in the arse sometimes but that all point of developing young players. They will have up and down but we are right to want to develop our own players given we have Category 1 academy How it shite when its all happened before he joined the club. Hyam, Tronstad, Brittain and Travis situation should have been sorted before Ismael joined the club 2 very different situation and I don't think either were shit. Michalski made a huge mistake and he knew it. He was gutted about it. Montgomery isn't a right back naturally but he wasn't anywhere as bad as shit. Also you need to put your arm around young players when bringing them through and know when to use a stick or also put an arm around them Also he wants asked about the Travis situation and told the supporters the situation. Why you rather lied about it?
  21. Exactly why Ismael has been open and honest with his answer just like he wants was the Callum Brittain's situation.
