You are asking them to be part of the first team squad but I expecting JRC or Dolan to be regular in the starting 11 by end of the season. But nothing wrong giving Pike, Vale, Carter places in the squad and use them when need.

As I said in the Fylde match day thread our Squad is hardly inexperience when you got players likes of Kaminski, Armstrong, Lenihan, Ayala and Johnson with plenty of appearances, then you have Travis, Nyambe, Pickering, Rothwell, Gallagher, Brereton have over 100 appearances at club football so hardly inexperienced are they? Scott Wharton has 90 appearances at club level. I see this has opportunity to bring through players like Carter, Pike, Vale, Mcbride, Butterworth into our 1st team match day squad. Yes we need some signings like centre defensive midfielder, centre back, back up left back, a left side winger and possibly Armstrong replacement. Where do you think we need strengthen this summer? And is there any players you think we missed out on trying to sign so far this summer? If so any names?

I am happy to take a risk on a couple of our youngsters like Carter, Pike, McBride to be part of the 1st team squad I used to watch a lot of home 23's games before this pandemic hit the country. Yes! After 16 months of not being able to see live inside a stadium football so can't wait to get back to watching it. Hopefully during the season we see some academy/under 23 players.. Have I said the list is settled tho? Why does the EFL needs days/weeks to assess the accounts when people can do it couple of hours?

Didn't we paid 3 mil in total for Armstrong including add ons. So isn''t 40% of any profit to Newcastle with us having 60%. So if we sold for 10 million for example we would get 7.2 million from the day and Newcastle 2.8 million. If we sold for 15 million We would get 10.2 and Newcastle 4.8 million for him Surely thats depends on how we replace him and with who? We have 4 centre backs now in Ayala, Lenihan, Wharton and Carter. Carter proved his ability at Burton and he impressed there. Similar to Wharton the season before. So I for bring one centre back in. Ayala is training and hopefully he will be less injury prone but unsure he was. Wharton is back in training today and targeting a September comeback. Yes I would use both within the first team squad espically when we we have Armstrong, Gallagher and Brereton has our first 3 strikers. So is it much of a gamble to use one of them as 4th choice really?
