Would you appoint an ex-Dingle Dyche? I would. We've had this discussion before---what's Burnley got to do with it? Cutting our nose off to spite our face! Cook should be considered on his merits. ( I haven't really formed any view of Cook by the way, I'm still assuming we'll have TM forever.)

Any player who cost that much and takes 2 years to get going is a bad buy.

Johnson is an enigma. Looks a world beater at times---1st game against Charlton and recent game at Derby readily come to mind. I'm sure there's plenty more but equally there are many games where he never show's up. Looks very slow and unmotivated and the game seems to pass him by. In short I don't ever feel he can be relied on.

Yes.

Rovers v QPR Sat 7th November

We should play with 2 upfront. A big, traditional striker who could knock it down for him or hold it up, with 2 genuine wingers to whip it in---we'd score heaps! I recognise the wingers would have to track back and all that but what a joy that would be. -

Could well be the case. If we got a big fee, if Mowbray was allowed to spend all of it, if he spent it wisely, I wouldn't worry. Lot of "ifs" though. -

That through ball from Elliott for the second goal was sublime--Duggiesque for those old enough to remember. There is no higher praise than that! And great to see Brereton involved in the build-up. -

Of course you're happy with your opinion---tautology. And you are entitled to it. However what you should not be doing is saying that that your's is the opinion of those who know what they're talking about. That clearly implies that anyone not agreeing with you does not know their football. That is wrong, arrogant and provocative and you should cease. -
Should have got Hughton---he was available.

Well provide some evidence that what is posted on here causes poor performances on the field! How can fans be responsible when they are not allowed in?
-
Somebody better than Mowbray. Hoping against hope that the club has the necessary processes are in place. if not, then what sort of a club are we when we must keep an incompetent manager in place because we have no-one able or willing to find a better one?
-
So its our fault the defence can't defend? Worst post yet.
-
TM has already "had a period of time" hasn't he?
-
We've had several pretty even games and lost them. This manager can't set up teams able to defend. He never has. Why does anyone think this will change, this year, next year, any year? This isn't misfortune, its incompetence. When we miss so many chances as well, its a miracle we ever win at all. But then again look at the teams we've beaten. Stop making excuses for him, stop thinking things will change while he is manager.
-
Same for everyone? You're scraping the barrel there.
-
Another game--same outcome. Poor at the back, missed chances, dominated possession away from home against a good side. Recipe for disaster. Everybody praised his dealings in the transfer window but that's just one part of a manager's job. In terms of everything else, he's rubbish.
-
I suspect he'll have no trouble getting Nyambe to leave!.
-
Re Mowbray, are people happy to finish halfway in the Championship forever till Mowbray decides to chuck it in?----because that is where we are and losing more fans every season.
-
Well it does and I apologise for my mistake. As the posts had been take down I didn't know they existed.
-
Yes but that wasn't on here. Your post is all about this MB and you conclude its reached a "new low". Not true is it?
-
Well he's going to resign, retire sometime isn't he? So this process, whatever it is, will have to be gone through at some point. Let's hope there's a club left by then eh?
-
Are you sure? I haven't seen even one such comment on this MB and wouldn't expect to. I'm talking about reaction to his account being hacked by the way. Where was the "new low"?
