Given his personal circumstances, a move to a Premier League club would be irresistible for him. However I would not be surprised if it was a disaster. Too many temptations, too many Sun pics of him staggering out of clubs in the early hours.Its not like he has the strength of personality to avoid all this. It'll end in tears.

I don't think he'll go in January. TM has said so more than once.. I take that to mean there's a tacit deal between the Club and the player that, unless we are in the Premiership at the end of the season ( highly unlikely) he'll be allowed to leave in the summer.

Would these players who could improve us ever get a game?

The danger is that players like Travis (and Bothwell for that matter) will get fed up by lack of game time and look for pastures new. Travis, particularly is at the stage where he should be improving with experience. On another point, if Travis does leave, can we keep his girl friend?!
