Jon Dahl Tomasson - no longer Sweden coach

We play a tactic that works well if the opposition attack us. The problem is we play the same tactic when the opposition don't need to attack us, so it doesn't work. -

So why persist in developing Liverpools player rather than ours ? -

Gally was shit, he quite willingly accepts being second at anything. If a professional footballer is shattered so early in a game, there is something wrong with him and he shouldn't be on the pitch. Why didn't Thomas start, as he is not allowed to play on Monday ? -
Pears/ Kaminski.. summer plans?

We did this season. At the start of this season Pears was not thought of as a senior keeper. -

I spent my formative years in the snooker room of the Sportsman, where I knew Uddersfieldblue, late 70s. John Bailey made the odd appearance there. -
There are also a lot of players inbetween the ones you mentioned ,.But what all those you mentioned had, was ability. How they put that ability to use, is what can be worked on by the individual and their trainers.
-
But he loves the club ?
-
That doesn't make it right. There is no substitute for ability, all other aspects can be worked on.
-
It doesn't for Gally.
-
Every-so-often, he makes a great pass. He won't be at the Rovers next season.
-
Apart from that not bad

On the pitch. -
Wharton is the better player, he is also a better fit for our team and system. Team is No1.
-
Yet Morton gets picked and then underachieves, how are the team benefiting from that. If the mantra is the team is No1, then JDT and Wharton have got to get together and sort out the problem, for the good of the team.
-
Who gains from this situation. Wharton, JDT, or the team ?
-
Goal difference is not irrelevant on the last day of the season.
-
Also, how long does Whartons punishment continue for ?

I think that is Chaddys attempt at humour. -
Midfield of, Garrett, Travis, JRC
-
If that is true, my backing goes to JDT. I would still not pick Morton.
-
The problem is not why Wharton is being left out, but why is Morton still being picked.

It's on my birthday, so I hope they go on open sale and that I manage to get one.
