  1. Personally I don't think there are that many people that fit into the criteria. Only a small minority who go away regularly don't go to home games in my experiance.
  2. Arseholes come in all colours.
  3. This season I will be happy if we finish with a positive goal difference
  4. Between all 50 that are interested.
  5. Or even £750,000.
  6. For me a worrying thing about TM's,we will win on Saturday statement, is that perhaps he thinks he can get a result by his strength of will on its own.
  7. The thing was, that freekick was his first touch of the ball and he had been on the pitch for a good five minutes by then.
  8. Just got back from the game, this is the first time this season that I have no emotion about the game. We got exactly what we deserved, Humiliated. Bring on Wednesday.
  9. Looks like John Bailey next to Mecky
  10. I tend to judge players on more than one game, and I would still prefer Williams to Bell. That isn't to say that I wouldn't want both replaced with a good left back.
  11. personally for this game I would go with Dack on the bench. Bring him on when the opposition have tired both physically and mentally. Also it is much harder for the opposition manager to get across how he wants to mark Dack, to his players whilst the game is actually in progress. Winning games is sometimes down to confusing the opposition.
  12. People are complaining about square pegs into round holes (playing people in positions because they can just about play there) and you come up with rectangular pegs in round holes.
  13. Defending is every bodies responsibility. Both full-backs where constantly isolated. In the first twenty minutes Preston concentrated on that tactic by using a longer ball and totally by-passing midfield.
  14. Well lets forget about that. Beat Wigan on Wednesday and its better than two draws.
  15. the only reward that matters to me, is seeing us win on the pitch.
  16. I cannot see why. He is not strong in the air or on the ground. Defensively his positioning is poor. He does not seem to have a great turn of speed, or if he does he doesn't use it. He does not see short forward passes. He does not seem to be able to hit a long pass, or if he can, again he doesn't use it. Going forward he cannot seem to take on his opponent. He tends to turn inside whenever he attacks, to lay the ball off square or backwards. It is far less dangerous to loose the ball taking a defender on the outside than if you turn in-field and loose it. After all that, I hope that he proves me wrong.
  17. One of the worst managers Rovers have had. But it is still sad to hear of his death.
  18. Personally I think the best bit of football I have seen from him was when he helped run down the clock against QPR
  19. I would like him to produce a 3 million pound player performance, against the Nobbers. I will leave potential to the future.
  20. Is there a surcharge?
