You can't dismiss it so easily Rev. This is a serious global pandemic, and there's few signs of the infection rate slowing down. No one knows when it will peak or how many will ultimately die. Hence the progressing worldwide lockdown. Football doesn't matter -
Derby County (A) - Sunday 8th March [3pm KO]

Yep, it's a poor division this year. West Brom and Leeds the best teams (though not that wonderful) and the rest pretty average. The fact we're up there challenging shows how mediocre it is. However I'm sure the likes of Warnock would have made us a better outfit, even with the current disjointed squad. Consistency of selection would have helped - Mowbray's selections yesterday being just another another example of his muddled thinking. -

Watching this with a Derby fan. She says they've been poor for months, can't believe they're winning this and how poor we are -

It's just like the election. Gullible people taken for a ride by rich people. The club should be honest and say it doesn't want promotion. -

Mowbray had a long chat with his pensions adviser last night. Promotion puts his pot at risk but another 2 seasons in the championship should be enough -

Derby had a tough match in the FA Cup only a few days ago yet they seem less tired and more motivated than us. Why ????? -

Entirely predictable - why do we bother getting our hopes up? Still, we're making progress according to the manager's fan club -
The difficulty here is he spent £12m on 2 strikers who haven't been automatic picks and have scored only a few goals between them. That;s very BIG money for us and clearly money not well spent. So the caveat is Mowbray has done reasonably well so far despite wasting cash on 2 non-performing players If that money had been spent wisely who knows where we would be now?. Let's cool it on the Mowbray love-in please. .

You always come across as very angry. Do you have problems in your life?
-
Yep, stick with what we've got next season and we'll end up in the same place, assuming the division isn't stronger. It's pretty weak this season which explains why we're challenging for the top 6 despite being a mediocre side.
-
What does "we are all set with attackers" mean ? He thinks our forwards are the best we can do and we don't need any more or any that are better? For a start, with Graham no longer first pick and ,Gallagher and Brereton's goal scoring record pitiful, we don't have a striker or natural No 9 who can put the ball in the net.

Boro done well to turn it round against Forest tonight. Forest still in the playoff mix though so it doesn't affect us unless we get into the top 6. -

After taking 3 points out of the last 9 we need to take 20 points out of the next 30 to get in the mix of the top 6. Not impossible but highly unlikely. Strangely, I feel more upbeat about Derby away than the last 2 home games. Tom Lawrence will inevitably score against us but I'd go with the team that played at Charlton and Brentford with Williams in if he is fit for Lenihan and possibly Gallagher in for Samuel. -
Players running at high speed will come into contact with each other. If anything the Swansea player looked like he was trying to turn away to minimise contact. There was nothing in that collision that looked like he was trying to hurt Walton. The referee had a good game and got it exactly right.
-
Yep, me too. The Swansea lad and Walton collided - they couldn't avoid each other
-
Down to the manager and coaches to find his best position and leave him there. The lad can play
