Halfway up the PL when they took over. As others have said they’ve either cut, or tried to cut every asset of the club. Someone tell me what hasn’t been cut? No money available for anything. Maybe it's just me but it's hard to consider a club "competitive" as a fan or a player if they have just chosen to be relegated. Who would want to be part of a team that could never be promoted because they don't want to invest in success?
