  1. Past hour
  2. I dont get this fixation with under 21 caps. Jason Lowe was the captain for them at one point. As if its critical and players only come onto radars if they have them. If you compare to Wharton, Hackney is 3 or 4 years older than what he was. And as you touch on, you cant compare to Tyjon etc who are unfortunately unprotected by the rules.
  3. Yet you're implying that the injury might not exist. Go figure.
  4. Obviously not a bowler but Pant will be a big loss for them too.
  5. Itโ€™s worse than that (or better depending on your perspectiveโ€ฆ):
  6. That's like Tesla stock, but over a slightly longer time.
  7. Today
  8. Thought you were quoting some Latin then, honestly ๐Ÿ˜‚ I'm imagining Emma Watson saying it.
  9. Rigg is still at Sunderland and hasn't been sold . Hackney has been a regular for boro for 2 seasons now and had was has been involved with the England under 21s.And also some reports are suggesting the fee is ยฃ15 million rising to ยฃ20 million which prem clubs haven't bit at ,so Boro wouldn't have got that fee for him from a Premier league team, as if they could Hackney would be wanting that move not staying in the championship We ain't unique with Phillips, Finnernan etc championship clubs lose their better youngsters in the exact same way all the time, even the prem clubs get their young players poached by bigger prem clubs for similar fees We did it with Tyjon ourselves to Rochdale. The rules need changing but crazily it's the efl clubs who voted these rules in
  10. Rigg? Hackney? They weren't stolen before they could sign a pro contract like Phillips, Finneran and now potentially Tyjon.
  11. Looked it up. -18.34 %? That's quite a lot.
  12. Players play all the time whilst carrying injuries so that's a nonsense statement, christ just look at one of the England women's team who played a tournament with a fractured tibia just recently. I'm not disputing for one minute that Venkys are a set of cunts with how they go about their business like, need to make that perfectly clear!
  13. What's the percentage reduction over the year?
  14. If a footballer fails a medical its between us and them, they're technically medical records subject to confidentiality. Whilst they're a tiny club compared to us and won't have amazing facilities, you'd like to think they're aware of an underlying issue though.
  15. oh dear,what a shame,are they in serious trouble๐Ÿ˜†
  16. Share price at a 52 week low today on concern over reduced profitability
  17. The big difference here is Rovers have not made any comment relating to this player. From the club's perspective, I'm not sure they've even acknowledged any transfer activity relating to him - therefore there's no PR benefit/own goal. I'd be inclined to agree with you had they done the promo, announced the signing etc. however, to me, it's not unreasonable for any club to reconsider a signing should they be concerned with the medical outcome. As others have highlighted, it's happened with other players, Fekir probably the highest profile in recent years. From what I recall after the Liverpool transfer fell through, he didn't have any major injuries. But a club can reasonably not want to take the risk.
  18. We only get the serious ยฃยฃ if he signs a pro deal. No point playing him and developing him if he's refusing to sign and going to jump ship at the first opportunity. Probably a convenient excuse for Rudy not to have to sign another forward though.
  19. The FM/CM thing was tongue in cheek, but if there is an underlying issue with his ACL, meniscus or issues such as bursitis or arthritis which could be career damaging or mean he could miss a lot of matches because the knee need ยซa breakยป. I am all for postponing and it makes sense with pay as you play. Then we at least will be neck-to-neck and he will have to take responsibility to do his utmost to stay fit and not provoke any further problems
  20. I do assume it's bullshit, as it doesn't add up with previous reports. Allegedly Arsenal had already had a 1 mill bid turned down, quite widely reported. Why would they then turn their attention to a kid costing 200k, presumably not outbid Liverpool's 200k for him despite having been willing to spend a mill on a youngster with that sort of profile, and then turn their attention back to the kid who will cost upwards of 1 mill?
  21. nothing would surprise me when it comes to this lot running the show๐Ÿ˜†
  22. Not long to go until that sentence will have Rovers at the beginning of it.
  23. I know that you will have just got this wording from here, so this is not a critique of you. But he had no value set for injury proneness in the last game, so his "injury proneness" would have been randomly assigned a value at the start of each any every save
