  1. Past hour
  2. Nope, I can only assume the Make a Wish Foundation have more power than I thought. Noone associated with the Irish National Team has seen their reputation increase in the last 10 years other than Jack Charlton and he has been dead for most of them.
  3. what the hell are going on about? Throwing your toys out of the pram RF99 again!!!
  4. Gestede has just finished "DoF/CEO or Dummies" and has persuaded himself that doing the same stuff and expecting a different result can be fixed by having a complete clear out and starting again. Sell who you can sell, fire who you can fire. Totally clean slate. New chap in charge. That's the way to do it. Trouble is he hasn't realised our problems have little to do with t'workers the problems come from the chicken shit ownership and 'the board'. I can recommend a new book for you Rudy, try "The Poultry Paradox", a cautionary tale, football’s version of "How to lose friends and alienate people". They own a poultry empire and they’ve got the spending power of a Champions League contender but the footballing IQ of a pub team. Reviews ... Venkys: "We’re building for the future." Critics: Just not a footballing one. Venkys: "We’re committed to transparency." Critics: "You’re clearly very bad at this." Will no one rid me of this turbulent ownership.
  5. Yet swathes or should i say throngs of the remaining fanbase still lap it up especially after the LT bots do their propaganda as well.
  6. "Yeah, I will just stick to parroting everything the club does thanks."
  7. Out of curiosity Glen, and feel free to completely ignore this (probably not one for match day)….but do you ever get much in the form of replies from Balaji? I.e. could you turn the screw? Does he properly know that supporters (some not all) are disgruntled? Seperately, wondering if you’ve had any contact with Waggot since his departure? (I suspect not as he’s likely on gardening leave)
  8. It’s just a scrape of the betting odds on the Betfair Exchange 22.2% = 7/2 in betting money - doesn’t seem crazy for us away from home to a decent enough team. I think we have a decent chance though, their team doesn’t look scary on paper and I’m not expecting Ryan Mason to do much as a manager
  9. No, very low percentage for a win.. I think, we will hit much lower percentages than 22.2 in the coming months though!
  10. Is there a cheap tactic for us to pull here? They’ve already proved they are sexist by so easily enforcing a below-head-height ceiling on the women’s team. This behaviour from the club could sound like a petty bit of homophobia in some quarters.
  11. Ipswich made a mistake last year and bought a really good Championship team rather than PL players. They'll be there for the taking some weeks as although they're very good and have depth, they're still Championship players and prone to the same mistakes as the rest in this division.
  12. I’m as fucked off about the minutes as anybody, but kindly stop the outright harassment of O2G. He’s a bloke who’s written some minutes, not Ronnie fucking Biggs. Focus ire on the actual culprits.
  13. Sounds like bollocks to me.
  14. Ref has stopped play in Wrexham game for player getting hit by ball in the groin. This a new rule?
  15. The U21s are also due to play Derby are some point today too
  16. Definitely the case. Wrexham a team thats been on the up, Southampton a team that's been in the down and it shows in both performances. Southampton started brightly but faded very quickly. Wrexham really got into the game and have had much of thr better of it. Side note, gutted we never landed O'brien. Looks a player.
  17. Same as last night player feels a hand on his back and dives. Technically a foul. I just don't like seeing it
  18. did you actually say that? You obsessing over numbers again, Carter is back in 2 weeks and we have 3 options at right backs and one of those can play the centre back position just like Henning Berg did or Lucas Neill did during their time here. I have explained Gestede's comment more than once as you are obsessing over it. Yes I wanted Striker instead of number 10 but we signed a number 10. Also I expected Leonard to be loan out, if he is then bring in another striker but that's shouldn't be loan but a permanent signing. Ohashi and Gueye are my first 2 choices so that player would be third signing, if we aren't loaning Leonard and he is going stay and pay, fine no problem. We aren't short there, We have 3 options there in Ohashi, Gueye and Leonard, if Leonard leaves on loan then we need one., this is point you keep missing and you loved stockpilling loads of players. You need around 26/27 players in your squad and that what we currently have minus one right winger signing which is a priority.
  19. Today
  20. Southampton look quite nervy. I suppose its unsurprising given how their confidence will have been shot to pieces after last season.
  21. Southampton have a literal giant at centre half. That Quarshie bloke is a monster! Also, Wrexham hit the bar!
  22. Wrexham should been ahead at St's Mary Stadium
  23. We want Venkys Out! Nothing else matters!
