  1. Past hour
  2. I can't navigate past the "Subscribe to the Athletic" banner.
  3. Sorry. Seven is decent imo. Think Hedges has scored seven in four seasons at the Club. That's probably the sort of standard that will be coming in to replace Dolan.

  5. Today
  6. yep we’ve got far too many happy clappers in our fanbase
  7. it will be pasha as the new ceo
  8. yes, last minute i think, dad would`nt take six year old me to the match, stating it would be to busy and full in the blackburn end,he went with his mates and i ended up going bloody shopping with my mum and sister😠
  9. Lost ALL my Rovers stuff in our house fire. Went to Roverstore looking for hi.e shirt, 2 ir 3 x ( wifes cooking not McDonalds) But all they had was kids and babies. Going to a St Louis game on me birthday and wanted to show me colours. Anyone know where I can get one within 2 weeks shipped to America.
  10. If it helps, I think it was on Match of the Day that night. Was the equaliser an Allan Evans og from a Brotherston corner? Don't think I'd seen Ewood as full before
  11. Well, if there was thought there was any free money to be had, Waggott would probably have been in on it. Didn't someone once say the great master plan of him and Fraser Reid was to allow the Riverside to fall into disrepair in the hope it would be condemned and we could then claim a grant towards rebuilding it? This season, we're heading people into it!
  12. Someone get it all into ChatGPT and make it summarise it based on Indian law. Thats the clearest way to work out exactly what’s going on.
  13. Ironically, the good news is we have very little of them to sell. What would Brittain, Carter and Trav raise? £5m? A Wharton sell on fee too. Then what? Their time up is coming. It’s just another case of how long is the piece of string.
  14. But why pay for a new CEO when the new season is still over two months away? 🙂
  15. Absolutely my attitude. If he's adamant on leaving, then let's move on and wish him luck. For his sake, lets hope it's not another Nyambe situation.
  16. And Chelsea, Forest and Fulham make up around £5mil of that 17 apparently, so £12m between 30.
  17. So, not surprisingly, there has been complete silence since Waggott’s departure. There’s been nothing at all - not even rumours - about a replacement. I can’t think of many clubs where there’s such a complete communication vacuum, especially after the CEO leaves.
  18. Do you think they are bothered by it? I would suggest not
  19. i`ve been looking for footage of that game for years, but have never found any, can`t find any of the coventry game the round before either
  20. So an itk account now putting it about Dolan has gone from lowest paid player to been offered to be one of the highest but snubbed it. Predictable rubbish rinse and repeat from the Lenihen saga when after 18 months of nothing he was apparently offered to be one of the highest paid a few weeks before his contract ran out. The player himself had a very different take on it. Always the players who want out no matter what they are offered according to 'sources' but nobody ever asks why.
  21. If 33 clubs are in the frame i'd say it's the rules that are the problem in this instance.
  22. Going into the season with Toth and Pears as 1 and 2 gives us the best couple of keepers for a while and whilst Pears is saleable i dread to thing who they'll replace him with.
  23. blackburn, paris st germain and real madrid ---hardly the same comparison🤣😆
  24. Wonder if Pears could end up back at Boro if Toth is going to be our new no1 and we're looking to generate £££
