  1. Past hour
  2. This window is bring back some bad memories - Radosav Petrovic ( I think he was 6 ft 4 by coincidence ), Sacha Petshi, Fode Koita etc This new 'Travis replacement' is injured, on loan and on a pay as you play contract ( I believe ) I doubt he will be here next season.
  3. Morris has started well. Proven Championship striker. 3 goals in 3. Moves us into the relegation zone.
  4. That's a very decent signing for Oxford https://www.oufc.co.uk/news/ben-davies-joins-oxford-united-loan-rangers Davies & Helik at centre back looks solid, Helik a big set piece threat too
  5. It was only a matter of time before 'the card' was played it was done last time. Doesn't help when muppets chant the name of someone who has zero connection to the club though. Playing right into the hands of those who have their own agenda they want to push. Chant the players names instead don't give the MSM the chance it's waiting for to find a suitable 'far right' target to smear and don't give those the chance to infiltrate the fanbase and use it as their vehicle. We've more than enough problems already so lets keep it clean.
  6. He never ever played like he couldnt be bothered. He seemed like he loved playing for us, but as ever, our terrible owners/board and inability to pay competitive wages meant that he left.
  7. Was that before or after we signed someone on loan?
  8. "suitors for Ainsley Pears are less public". Yes I burst out laughing at that line. I will have to remember my chances of competing at the next World Cup are less public...
  9. Apologies if it's already been covered but in VI'S pre match interview with the club, he says: No plans to make any loan signings at present Harry Leonard likely to go out on loan Wants to sign another attacker Some younger players might go on loan
  10. So? When you are much older you become more circumspect about exposing yourself to potentially dangerous situations especially when you are less agile / mobile. That is commonsense. Also, I have friends who are Burnley fans, they are not bastards and your sweeping generalizations are moronic.
  11. Rovers 2 nil. Ohashi and Cantwell. Cantwell to give a captain performance with a goal and assist today. COYB🔵⚪️ Great support from Rovers fans taking over 1k supporters there today. Let's hope Rovers can win and make each one of their supporters who travelled there proud and delight with 3 points. Playing in our 3rd strip today.
  12. Every season the majority predict we will finish midtable somewhere and only the most deluded cuckoo-heads predict we will be top 6. The majority have always been right.
  13. All 3 results are equal probability. Going to come down to who is set up best and wants it most. Hull have ground out two decent results so far so a big test for Ismael.
  14. I don't know if this is true, but from what I have heard. Fans where singing "We want Pasha out". But the club said the words were "We want Pakis out".
  15. Not at all confident about this one. Thinking we'll take another defeat. Desperately need some points on the board.
  16. Coked up meatheads looking for a scrap =/= organised protest against ownership you wally.
  17. The Doobie Brothers - What A Fool Believes
  18. Yet you won't go to last home game against those dingles bastards cos of possible trouble.
  19. You are right, however, it's a fact. The point I was trying to make was how placid and perhaps apathetic our current fan base is to what it once was. We've put up with 15 years of sh1te with barely a murmur apart from @glen9mullan activity in the early Kean days. It simply wouldn't happen at other clubs.
  20. October 18th is when I predict we'll first see Baradji.
  21. Our 3rd game of the season and it already feels like a crucial 'must' win. You want to win every game of football obviously but this feels like a 6-pointer.
  22. Today
  23. Gestede is just here for the wheeling and dealing of players imo and that's why he was brought in plus a nice new shield for the other guy who'll throw him under the bus the min he thinks it's necessary. I don't buy the 'shadowing Waggot on work experience' for one minute he's more likely been parachuted straight in from somewhere to help oust Waggot so they can carry out their latest plan unchallenged.
  24. Would take a point now. Hull, despite their embargo, have had a good window and a lot of our players are new and settling in. my prediction would be 2 0 to hull
  25. 15 years is too long now. Soon to be a 16 year tenure. Do the right thing and sell up now. People would probably have more respect (though it's long diminished by now) if they held their hands up, publicly apologised....give out free season tickets on their last year, then leave
  26. I don’t think that was the case. Im only a supporter and I’ve been following the club for 53 years and even I’m ready for saying enough is enough. Ive only seen and heard what’s going on from the outside, so players like Travis, who has worn his heart on his sleeve, has seen the chaos at close quarters. Im sure if things were normal and he was offered a normal contract, he would still be here. Blame him and other players by all means, but the real issues are the backroom staff and the owners, not players like Travis, who have given us a few years of good service and done their best.
