Intrigued see Hedges play if this is true. We all know he doesn't have the pace to beat his man on the wing but feel he may suit a number 10 role. Or is it a 3 uptop and 5 at the back? Looking forward to seeing Gudjohnsen, he's looked sharp, he'll be more effective than Ohashi. -

I think Pasha/Gestede and Co have made a mighty blunder here. They can treat their own staff and players like dummies but banning the local paper from reporting Rovers because they don't like what they say is unprecedented. Bound to get national media attention of a very negative kind. Suppose the National Union of Journalists bans their members from reporting on Rovers? We wiil be a laughing stock. This reeks of panic and very much supports Glen's view that the op[position is getting to them. Whoever made this decision is an idiot. I doubt Pune will approve.

A football club has and always will belong to the people. Some people cannot afford to go to games, some people physically cannot attend games and they use any media outlet to follow their club. A football club has no right to block an outlet from reporting things to their fans. This is just wrong, embarrassing and a flex of power that would only be thought of by pathetic, weak and incompetent management.

On a nostalgic note (& Rovers will never do it…) a few on here have asked me about us doing some Rovers college scarves. The price point is too high for us but if you were looking for a special Christmas gift, these seem really good… https://www.ryderamies.co.uk/scarves/shop/create-your-scarf/ -

No he isn't injured, told his other half is in labour so I suppose we can forgive him. -

Is it that lineup in that formation? or a 5-2-3 with Pickering as a left centre back & Ribeiro as a wing back? Is Cantwell injured? Jackson also omitted him from his predicted lineup, although he went for Pickering replacing Ribeiro, & Gudjohnsen coming in for Cantwell alongside Ohashi in a 4-2-3-1/4-4-2 -

I am making a personal decision not to attend the Derby 150 game. I am so disappointed with the club I have supported for 58 years. The present regime at Ewood Park do not have the best interests of MY club at heart. They are rogues. -

He should do, Elliott if you see this post this line up before they do, although they'd probably change it just to be dicks 🤣 Toth Alebiosu Miller Wharton Pickering Trounstad Hickman Morishita Hedges Ribeiro Gudjohnsen -
It's utterly appalling. IMO, our club is run by complete imbeciles. We as fans have a choice. Be bold and brave and ban Rovers and Ewood Park from your lives until we have new owners and executive management.

So the red card stands. What about the yellow cards for our players? -
Usually when one side escalates like Rovers have done, they have an end goal and amicable resolution in mind. Something about this tells me the club doesn't have such a position planned and has opted for a brittle uncompromising stance. The tone of the statement gives the club no out and more importantly puts the LT in a position of having to fight it it is to retain editorial integrity and readership credibility In which case something breaks... The demand that away clubs deny the LT reporting rights also looks desperate and ineffectual. I hope Charlton tell Rovers this is not their fight and honour Elliot Jackson's press credentials.

The Telegraph could wage war on the club now, as Im sure the current and ex employees know plenty of stuff that could lift the lid on the really serious stuff. I hope they go for it and don’t back down

Perfect that Glen and great to know you stood up to the bully.

Yes is the answer to that. There have been recent legal threats made to one of the posters on here.

Excellent comparison. Just snowflakes that melt at the slightest threat of any heat coming their way because they haven't got the brain power, courage and integrity to handle anything they don't have full control over. Just completely pathetic the lot of them and the people who support them are a blight on society. - Yesterday

Simple idea to show the club what is thought of this situation - get hundreds of LT front pages handed out at Charlton for our fans to hold up. Then hopefully thousands the next home game. Wouldn't need to be the full paper, just copies of their front page.
