  1. Past hour
  2. So sorry for your tragic loss. Hopefully, in the fullness of time, you will all find some peace and comfort.
  3. Can I echo Penwortham Blue's comments Carl. I read about this in the local media. What a tragic story and pointless waste of a young life. I hope all goes well tomorrow mate.
  4. I’m not going to knock anybody who’s prepared to turn out in those circumstances. It’s easy playing for a winning team.
  5. Its a bit of fun. The club ain't do anything right.
  6. Thanks mate. Your words mean a lot.
  7. One thing that will go in your favour Parsons is travel. The way we are going, away games will be nearer in the future!
  8. Just watched highlights of the Sunderland v Bournemouth match. Sunderland certainly have some players skilled in 'shithousery'!! Managed to wind Bournemouth up so much there was a mass 'loss of heads'!
  9. That would actually be peak Rovers with their current organisation. And then spin it as a thank you to those who took a chance; anyone else can now pay £200 per shirt to make up the loss to the club projections.
  10. Cantwell responds to conspiracy theorists https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/25661941.todd-cantwell-quashes-blackburn-rovers-conspiracy-theory/
  11. Will the mythical 150th kit be in the tombola?
  12. They probably are in the toilet and deserve to be , people are not daft 15 years of total mismanagement , with a total lack of accountability ! Remind me again , where were we when these imposters took over ???
  13. Probably very, but I'm seeing it as a bit of fun. The club shift some stock they've struggled to get rid of, it's set at a reasonable price to see what you get in the 'lucky dip'. At least they've used a bit of imagination and not set it at a stupid price. Fair play on this one, I await my 7 year old training shirt in size xxxxl.
  14. Guessing it's already been discussed but Miller's post match comments are a bit strange. Pretty much sounds like the club are feeding him lines to say in interviews, which is disappointing. Praising the away crowd but pretty much putting our dire home form down to lack of atmosphere. If i was a cynical man, I'd suggest the club are now using the players to say crap like this, in order to try and get more people through the door at Ewood. Those 1/2 season tickets sales must be in the toilet.
  15. So terribly sad, losing a loved one in such tragic circumstances. Condolences to you and all your famiy, Carl. RIP, Luke.
  16. Today
  17. Some sniping going on in here fkn hell people. Aim it at the circus running our club.
  18. I have a mate who is pay as you go but attends 95% of home games and the odd away one when it's possible. So he's benefitted from my ST
  19. I will add to this, personally I would leave O'Riordan where he is, he looks ok/good in League 1, and can develop more if he carries on playing over the rest of the season far more than just training and sat on our bench. But recalling him will be cheaper and easier than bringing in another centre back (on top of the one I mentioned in my last post)
  20. Thoughts are with you all Carl x Rest in peace Luke x
  21. See @arbitropout above. Even Chelsea head coach thought it was a red card.
  22. The Chelsea manager thinks the red card was the right decision. The Italian agreed that Caicedo should have been sent off, but did not like the lack of consistency in the Premier League. "It's a red card," said Maresca about the Caicedo challenge. "But why Bentancur against Reece was not red card when we played Spurs away?
  23. I can't say about him personally John but there were linesmen of a similar ilk when I was active and sometimes my instructions would change slightly to factor in their busyness and involvement. I spoke to a couple of friends still involved and asked them about him and both started with 'he's a nice lad but.....'. I would imagine that inwardly the referee wasn't happy as, in my view it has taken the shine off what was a good performance. I saw about six games this weekend and lots of challenges with similar force (or lack of) that weren't given. As I mentioned earlier nobody can say he was 100% wrong but it was probably the softest free kick of the game and certainly didn't fit with the referees modus operandi on the day. It would have been interesting to know if that type of foul had occurred in the penalty area would be have flagged for a spot kick? We'll never know but every fibre in my body tells me no.
