  1. Past hour
  2. Norwich are really not a very good team and will be nowhere near the top 6 this season. They were all over the place at the back - we got in several times and we still can't score. I said at HT I'd be stunned if we got anything from that match, having stood through that second half I feel like any other team in the league WOULD have got something from that half with that chances created, even with ten men. That Hull game was a false dawn, because they are also clearly rubbish. Christ I hope we bring in this other striker by Monday, Big Mak was horrendous to I hope we offload him.
  3. Is it unlucky to cast off huge amounts of Championship experience, replace them with cheap punts and then find results aren't going your way?
  4. I don’t think the ref is the reason we lost, could have easily been 2 down before the penalty and it was a stonewell pen and red.
  5. 4 defeats in 5. Exciting times.
  6. That was a painful watch all round, we were awful and Norwich should have been in front but for terrible finishing. Then we had a man sent off and the referee gave them a dodgy pen which should have been a free kick. We played better when Taveres went off and should have scored a couple of goals only for terrible finishing by Kargbo and Hedges. Tavares, Kargbo and Gueye all looked like they'd won a competition. Then we conceded another goal at the death by backing off. The only positives I can find are that Cantwell battled hard and Ryo looked good in the limited time we saw him, very quick and a good crosser.
  7. Crap afternoon. Some fight in the second half but was game over when they scored. Wasn’t disastrous. Well, Gueye was. Early, but the league table is bleak already. 1 in 4 is not good enough. Huge, huge work to do.
  8. Think we're in big, big trouble. Three games decided by penalty decisions that all went against us. We dominated Norwich with 10 men, but lost 2-0. Some managers are just unlucky. I think we're going down. Just one of those seasons.
  9. Poor result and Mcloughin has to take a huge amount of blame even though we were second best till then. Against a tough challenge we did pretty well but the second was always likely. Think we’ll be ok this season but it’s a poor start.
  10. The red changed the game but if we’re being honest we should have been down 2 by half. Creates some good chances in the second half but don’t have the players to put them away. Hedges and Kargbo both are above their level. The first half from Tavares was one of the worst I’ve seen. No effort, poor positioning. If that’s what we have to replace Travis we might as well start playing 5 in the back
  11. Better forward line and we would have at least drawn here against a very underwhelming Norwich side. Decent striker needed to avoid a frustrating and potentially disastrous season, I fear.
  12. Absolute pony. Kargbo and Tavares are woeful, Gueye stealing a wage
  13. What, you think playing "well" and losing every week isn't the hallmark of a relegation bound team?
  14. Poor result, but looking a little bit less like relegation fodder.
  15. The main issue most of us highlighted was lack of goals in the team/squad. Still the case.
  16. Think we all know what happens to teams that play well and don’t win. We’ll do well to stay up this term.
  17. At least the players look like they're playing for Ismael. I wish people would stop blaming the ref after every bad result
  18. Three home games,three defeats...going to be a long season .
  19. Sargent has scored in every game this season. 13500 poor crowd too.
  20. Rovers players take note, you won't score if you don't take a shot.
  21. Good goal. We had our chances and didn’t take them. Looking forward to hearing all the league one comments through the international break.
  22. Shit ref again. Hard to take when we throw game away
  23. Some finish that to be fair
  24. There you go, was always a fair possibility
