  1. Past hour
  2. Put this here as suspect Rudy is the type to read this thread. Saw a lad yesterday playing for Bamber Bridge only recently arrived from Thornton Cleveleys. Way too good for this level. Archie Thomas Lang a 20 year old midfielder with a man of the match performance. Go and have a look Rudy rather than trawling the basement of the Belgian leagues.
  3. Toth Atcheson McLaughlin Pratt Alebiosu Tronstad Forshaw Pickering Baradji Ohashi Jorgensen And you should know my views on Forshaw. That tells you how bad TGH has been recently.
  4. The Jam - All Around the World
  5. No reason we he still can't do that surely. They removed him I'd do everything I could to make it hard work
  6. Sorry to hear this DeeCee. Keep fighting brother 💪🏻🙏🏻❤️
  7. ’We had crap gates in 1986 too’ ’*insert any other club name here* is a bigger club’ ‘*insert any other club name here* is from a bigger/richer town than Blackburn’
  8. This is the post that infuriated me last night, this guy is constantly winding everyone up on FB. Attention seeking
  9. To be fair for as many happy clapping posts there are a lot of posts today highlighting how few shots we have ever had under Ismael regardless of squad quality. Not unanimous sure but I've seen worse.
  10. Sources in Ireland say Damien is a bit of a volatile character; he made a sudden departure from Shelbourne shortly after winning the title citing various frustrations with how the club was run. I don't think he'd last 5 minutes at Ewood
  11. There's a few reasons I completely deleted my Facebook account recently. That post only makes me feel more vindicated. It reads like someone who may have started with a post 'in their own voice', then used AI to help them polish it, only to then get annoyed at the end of each paragraph.
  12. Today
  13. The Facebook happy clappers would be better saying what their eyes are actually seeing on the pitch, rather than indulging in cliches.
  14. Start with a projector, with anti Venky/anti Pasha slides, delivered from outside the clubs land on to the JW Stand, or any stand. The Sheff Weds version:
  15. Managers don’t resign any more Jim, why would they? Stay put and they’re guaranteed to receive their full contract value. The owners have to sack them. They should sack him because the alternative is relegation. Even if they sack him I’ll have no confidence that they will bring someone better. That’s what 15 years of this lot does to fans.
  16. wonder if the facebook happy clappers have considered, why would you break up a side that finished 7th and go into "rebuilding mode" surely the logical step would be to invest in 3/4 quality players, keep the ones who got you there and try to get into the play offs the facebook lot really are bunch of simpletons
  17. Rovers are well and truly in the doldrums at the moment, with confidence up front shot to pieces, confidence in the middle seemingly mired in negativity and showboating, and confidence at the back collapsing with new (and mandatory game time) faces displacing shoe-ins who had been performing well... Even our Talisman (Moses Toth) couldn't keep the floodgates from opening on his return to the fold, despite performing heroics at Ipswich. So a trip to the Swansea.com stadium on a cold tuesday evening holds little scope for optimism for even the most diehard fans of our emasculated club. As others have pointed out, however, Rovers often serve up a surprise when the darkness appears deepest, which means it is not a foregone conclusion that the faithful few will trudge back up the country to a late bed with their tails between their legs and oaths of desperate skullduggery towards the clownpants committee of incompetent morons on their minds. Like many on here, I'm losing the desire to continue having my nose rubbed raw in shit and salt on an ongoing basis, but hey ho - it could be worse... (I'm clearly being ironic here..) Same old, same old.. Swans 2 Rovers Rabble 0 Some signs of salvation... Swans 1 (88, pen) Rovers Recover 1 (Jorgensen 90+2, Shearer style bullet) Send in the Stethescope ... Swans 0 Rovers on Crack Cocaine 4 (Never happening, keep taking the jellies). COYB! FO You Absent VENKY MORONS 😞 DO ONE PASHA - YOU CYNICAL CLUB WRECKING CHAV BEGONE BEELZEBUB BOYSCOUT IN HALF-MAST TROUSERS
  18. Lowest away following for many a year coming, you’d expect.
  19. ‘It’s a season of transition’ is Venky-poligist bingo up there with ‘’oo else is gonna buy us?’, ‘twenty million’… and the old classic ‘they were badly advised’.
  20. I would hope not, whoever replaces es Ismael will also be "aligned" & complicit in our further downfall (they would not be employed if they were not) I like Duff, one of my favourite players for Rovers. Him being aligned with the rats currently in charge makes me feel ill
  21. Let's go on the offensive Toth Atcheson O'Riordan McLoughlin Alebiosu Forshaw Tronstad De Neve Baradji Cantwell Jørgensen
  22. Being a qualifying member of the old guard I have trouble understanding that position. I want to see my team trying to win games not add value by increasing minutes on the pitch.
  23. Big if, but if Val was given the boot would good old Damien Duff be a good shout to be the next one in charge?
  24. Instinct/past experience leads me to suspect Rovers will win one or both of the next two, relieving the pressure and allowing Ismael some breathing space to limp on. It happened a lot during the Kean protest period… the Swans game (funnily enough) springs to mind, as does the Anfield/Old Trafford double header. Coyle too, had the occasional flurry of points to keep the pressure off. The question then will be, has VI and the squad turned a corner, or will a couple of wins or a win/draw paradoxically weaken our chance of staying up as we slump into another run of poor form with games running out.
