  1. Past hour
  2. The way I see the situation with the minutes now is this and I stand to be corrected. Version 1 was written by O2G and everyone, in attendance bar Glen received a copy, before they went to the club. Those who saw them agreed that they were fair and accurate, so the went to the club, who duly agreed them and they were ready to publish them. Was Glen left out in error, or was this a deliberate attempt at keeping the peace? Before they were published, Glen then saw them and let it be known to all attendees that they were not accurate, so version 2 were drawn up, agreed by all attendees and Re-Presented to the club. The club then let it be known they were not happy with this version and also advised, they would not allow these to be published. Version 3 were then released to those who attended the meeting and these were version 2 only with the controversial points removed and these have now been released onto the website, but not agreed as accurate by the fans forum.
  3. This is club is stupid, but with Travis leaving, I think they must all have a brain cell between them enough to at least hold out on Cantwell this window...To me that's clear and obvious what they're trying to do (which we know) but some fans are still very much unaware what Pashas goal is.
  4. From photo of a Cantwell flying acrobatic volley in training 8/9 days ago to 'a knock' excluding him from the NEC game last Saturday to an Ismael statement "he's fit but he won't be ready for the game" doesn't smell right to me. Wouldn't surprise me to see him back at Norwich.
  5. There’s been far too much about the borough of BwD over BRFC from day dot of this 150th stuff. Like it’s been planned out of a council committee at the town hall over people at Ewood Park with a feel for the history of Blackburn Rovers.
  6. Well done Glen for keeping calm to what I saw as a provocative, ill informed post.
  7. But they would save on his wage, and that's all that counts... right?
  8. Not sure is answer on Rudy, Dressing room, players and coaching staff get on well , and a great togetherness. Some things as at most clubs are taken out of managers hands. Leonard one of those examples whose been frozen out and excluded in last few weeks for none footballing reasons, and not at the request of the manager
  9. It would be incredibly stupid to sell Cantwell this window. He's got ability and clearly a point to prove.
  10. If you can let me know if I win the lottery at some point in my life then that would be great.
  11. The nationality of our players doesn’t bother me too much, quality does. The biggest issue for me is we look like we’re back in the Kean days of accumulating no marks from across Europe who aren’t good enough to play in the championship. De Neve and Tavares have literally won the lottery
  12. Cantwell hasn't performed unfortunately and doesn't seem like an Ismael type of player. If him and Travis leaves then Tronstad will be our enforcer (and hopefully captain, though I doubt it with his contract running out) with Henriksson, Tavares and Baradji (if signed) playing more attacking roles. If we're not selling Tyjon this summer, then I think that means they have big plans for him this coming season.
  13. Here we go again! COME ON LADS!!! 🔵⚪️🔵⚪️🌹
  14. Couple of points, on your post. Boosting profile - I'm actually an extremely private person, I dont get paid for anything I do Rovers related. Minutes- The club has released on its website minutes which have been universally rejected by the FF attendees, me stating the facts is my perogative as an attendee given my name appears on those minutes. The FF being the only comms is a major issue. You stating we have a responsibility to the fans, how do you arrive at this? Most ff members are independents who represent only their selves and have no responsibility to anyone. Finally the questions were asked, and as the club wanted to avoid the answers being shared accurately, I've chosen the stance to be transparent as I always am
  15. Come off it, Morten. If even the likes of Mike Graham who has painstakingly tried to build bridges with the regime for years has now thrown in the towel and is all in with Glen’s approach, that tells you the time for constructive dialogue with these people is now over.
  16. I see Big Val confirmed that the cb signing isn’t needed because Miller covers RB and RCB…was obvious when we signed him and why I suggested. Also, gutted I didn’t say it but when I saw Cantwell was not playing this weekend it confirmed what I’ve been thinking, which is that he’s not gonna last. Other than the obvious exits (Buckley, Garrett etc) which I don’t expect to be replaced, I reckon Trav, Cantwell and Pears will also go, and be replaced, on top of the RAM. So, I reckon 4x more signings! I
  17. 2-0 Rovers. Why not. Ohashi and a Trondstad screamer.
  18. Ambition? Optimism? Thats some funny shit right there. Fucking bellend.
  19. I watched the video that Shearer presented and thought it was good, a potted history celebrating what is good not just about Rovers but about Blackburn people and the town. Personally I would like to see that on the big screen before every match.
  20. How did Gestede get the job if he's not well thought of? Difficult to comprehend considering his lack of experience. But isn't he just another puppet acting out the orders of Mr. Suhail Pasha, @glen9mullan? Rovers had a great dressing room 12 months ago. Is that still the case?
  21. They only really plan week to week so I very much doubt it. Recruitment next summer when they realise will be scouring anyone cheap abroad that has a British passport like Taveres.
  22. The Birmingham v Ipswich game contained one real ingredient that can make for a successful Championship season - the intensity you play at. I thought it was relentless and significantly several players from Birmingham were suffering from cramp from 75 minutes. Two big decisions went against Birmingham too. It's difficult to categorically way they were wrong but both, I thought were extremely harsh. Kyogo looks a real player. I really thought Ipswich were favourites in paper but I saw a few chinks in their armour last night and this season could be a really open one in the Championship.
  23. Do we think they've even realised the potential problem from an ESC standpoint? From a fan's perspective I've also wondered how long it will be before we field a side without a single English or at least British starter? I do think that if that happens it chips away at the bond or connection between players and supporters a bit.
