  1. Past hour
  2. Isnt Hendriksson going to be competition for Cantwell as the number 10? Why would we sign more than one right winger?
  3. 2,820 runs, 10 centuries, 13 fifties, top score of 317, average of 57.55, ranked number 2 in the world. Yes he makes mistakes but I can’t see how he’s yet to prove himself.
  4. Given VI said Brittain leaving meant we can do some business in the transfer market… If Travis goes and we can spend the money on a more technical but most likely less aggressive player (that we hopefully already have lined up), I’d probably take it. I’d take that over keeping Trav, lose him for nothing next year and then we’re chasing our tails to get a replacement in. For me though, he doesn’t leave until we are in a position to announce a player on the same day he goes.
  5. Yet when I used results as a guide when talking about beck it’s shut down saying well there’s other variables in play etc interesting
  6. Hello screenshotting Rams 👋🏻
  7. For me the facts speak for themselves about Travis. With him in the side we've had two relatively close misses at getting in the play offs in the last 3 seasons. When he was sidelined and then loaned out, we only stayed up on the last day of the season.
  8. This is my feeling on Travis. But I did feel the same way when Lenihan left and we managed fine. In fact, we probably overlooked his flaws more when he was with us; suspect that'll be the case with Travis.
  9. If we can just finish a single point above Derby this season, I’d be satisfied and we’d be able to quieten them down.. so many piping up about us all summer. “I would love it” if Big Val does his best Kevin Keegan interview the day before the anniversary game against them at Ewood..
  10. If trav goes pack up shop like Morecambe pointless supporting this circus
  11. Rover end is a complete tool. He'd defend the club if we were playing non league on pleasington and season tickets to attend were £1000 a pop. Definitely a plant along with a few others.
  12. Yep, release the minutes, let everyone see what what's said, ramp up the pressure and get Pasha out this club!
  13. Yes I think we still need another up top. I do think we will get more out of cantwell Kargbo and the new rw but still would like more depth up top
  14. My guess as to what will happen within the next week or so: - Travis gets sold - Mafoumbi gets sold or have his contract terminated to free up an ESC-slot. Shouldn't be an issue given they released Sigurdsson in advance last season when he was cut from the 25-man squad. - Baradji signs as replacement for Travis - Tronstad becomes new captain Nightmare scenario: Hyam becomes captain (again) and we start leaking goals for fun.
  15. Today
  16. Never heard anything like it in my life. But, in all honesty nothing I've read over the last few pages surprises me in the slightest. I don't even know how the members of the FF can even be bothered attending if this is the outcome. From the clubs perspective, this whole shambles is also doing more harm than good. It's easy to forget members of this message board are slightly more privy to things like this, although I have noticed Glen's statement being shared in FB groups which is good. I'd be tempted to just post the minutes in full, what's the worst that can happen? The club refuse to take part in further meetings? So? What purpose are they even serving anyway?
  17. Baradji shouldnt be a priority. If we keep Travis, then we already have 2 new midfielders. If we lose him, we dont want a player out injured for months. If we just sign one right winger, say Miyoshi. We are still well short of goal threat and pace across the front. Need at least a striker on top of that, minimum. Id still prefer another attacking player on top of that. Even if the latter two have to be loans, or one of them is a loan.
  18. Yeah just the odd eight competing for at best 3 places. Whilst we limp on with two sub 10 goal strikers and no decent RW.
  19. Whatever, Root is a class test player, Brook is yet to prove himself as a test batsman, some great scoring then gets out to stupid shots, the same as Smith. One thing is for sure, if Stokes doesn’t make it to Australia we needn't even get on the plane.
  20. Cantwell and Henriksson play further forward (in our 4-2-3-1 formation). Buckley and Forshaw are naff - and it looks like Buckley is on his way out. So one more to go along with Travis, Tronstad and Tavares please?
  21. Or it could just be massive click bait it is the off season after all and every summer and Xmas/jan time there’s more and more ‘ITK’ accounts literally just making stuff up It’s an easy connection to make but if there was something in it you would assume more reputable sources would be reporting it that said I wouldn’t be surprised
  22. I would say that jim because Travis is the heartbeat of the side. If you asked me if Id rather lose Tronstad or Hedges Id say Hedges.
  23. My guess would be Miyoshi over Travis. Didn’t Miyoshi play under Eustace before? With Travis having one year left, and his next contract could be his biggest payday he has left in his career, He walks for free next year
