Youve named them yet id pick tyjon and leonard before gueye - more chance them 2 scoring 10 than gueye and as for kargbo well someone from u7s can control and run with ball better than that forest gump -

I'm trying really hard to not draw the same conclusion. My only defence of him is he's definitely not a right back. Looks mobile but not a lot else. -

Venkyโs (& Suhail) Out Protest Ideas
Nipper1875 replied to DuffsLeftPeg's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
We need these players leaving to come out now - they owe nothing to gestede or pasha - yet the respect they have had from supporters has been good so would be good if they did for us. even ex players & managers -

Newell? Mowbray? Not Kenny? Tugay? Shearer? Souness? -
He was very, very highly rated here. He was our youngest ever debutant and attracted Prem clubs, he wasn't playing just to put out some academy minutes but because we saw him as having a bright future with us.

Man City have a goalkeeper who is the same age as Michalski, but who is ahead of Michalski in the England set up He is on loan at Rochdale in the National League That is the level that Michalski is at now, not League 1 or 2 Batty is not 21 until after this season is over, he has plenty of time on his side to continue to develop... Leonard with his injuries less so. But given where Rovers are heading under Venkys, they might not need to develop much more to be first teamers at the level we end up at either next season, or the one after I always suspect that people who think that 20 year olds are at the point of "make or break" in their careers, have probably been playing too much Football Manager ๐ -

Jackson: "Nick Michalski, Kristi Montgomery and Igor Tyjon are all now considered as first-team players" Michalski: Think he would benefit more from a full season in either League 1 or 2 rather than mainly sitting on the bench as number 2 to Toth and if Toth gets injured.....?????? Think it's clear we need an experienced back-up. Montgomery: God help us if this lad is considered a 1st team player. At 21, it's not a case of 'he's not ready', I think it's a case of he's clearly not good enough! I honestly can't see any footballing ability there and think he would struggle to hold down a place with a National League club. Can't even hold a candle to Jason Lowe, and that's saying something, who by Montgomery's age had racked up over 30+ PL appearances! Tyjon: at 17 he clearly has talent but I don't think he's ready for Championship football - also physically needs to develop. As for Batty and Leonard, it's surely make a or break for their Rovers' career whilst out on loan. -
Championship Season 25-26

I wish we were in a position where we were signing a proven, very good Championship winger but worrying that we overpaid. -

Absolutely totally and utterly to the contrary. What we need to see is all those players being kept to get us through this season, allow the new ones to bed in and just try to stay out of the bottom spots. No point whatsoever grabbing what will only be a few million quid to weaken the team even further and see next to nothing reinvested and a load more lightweight non Championship newbies come in. Selling anyone else is a pointless exercise unless 3 to 5 mill per player is dropping into the bank, which there is no chance of. Why are some so dead set on going with the Suhail agenda and clearing everyone out 'because they won't sign' ? We are fecked either way so for now stick don't twist we've had enough pain this summer lets not rubber stamp relegation under some fantasy that better replacements are on their way and will gel in a few weeks. -

I wonder if when we get relegated Pasha might finally be pushed out, especially with Glen saying its already close. I don't believe Venkys want a relegation, it makes no financial sense due to the lost revenue. Last two times it seems Pasha had this much control were during our relegation from Prem with Jerome, and the Coyle relegation made up of a team of cheap nobodies from across Europe; wait that sounds familiar... Mowbray was able to strong-arm Pasha to side for a bit at least because of the relegation and get Venkys to give him money, so another relegation might provide the same opportunity (not for Gestede urgh) Ultimately, that's scraping barrel for positivity, Venkys need to sell, they just don't care. -

There's always a lot of assumption on this subject that the manager would like the club to pay more to keep the players. Ismael has already said this week that there will be one more addition, unless anyone else leaves. -

What Ismael wants is irrelevant, He does not offer contracts or negotiate wages, he can ask those above him to try and sort things out, but from there, it is completely out of his hands This is entirely a decision of the bean counters -

That assumes that Ismael really wants to keep them, it did look like he tried to keep Britain but if he wasn't signing, he had to go . -

smiller Between Suhail and Gestede they have now decided that there is no need to pay more than 10k a week for a player with those two as their proof. 11 โAโ players on a max of 10k. 11 โBโ Players on a max of 6k. And 11 Young players on a max of 1k. Any exceptions will be phased out. So, along with Pasha/RG cementing their authority, the above model, (along with the Raoโs refusal to inject money over and above that which is generated in-house) is not interested in league position? If by a miracle the model leads to promotion, then so be it (but many believe that is actively thwarted due to unwanted scrutiny). If it leads to relegation, then so be it โless scrutiny, media donโt care, revolving door of players can continue creating fees for some, mid-table mediocrity still achievable, fan expectation can be easily managed. - Today

What they'll do here over the next 12 months is cut everything back as they are doing, spend only the bit they have done, then only promote youth, bring in frees or a couple of hundred grand players and a few loans the next few seasons. All designed for another fire sale in 2 years that they'll be deluded enough to think will bring in similar money to this one and as you say those not sold will walk and there'll be another round of staff changes, reset, new journey/project/chapter or whatever. This is the model now sold to them by god knows who. League position is immaterial, maybe even league. -

Ridiculous fee for Broadhead, especially with him only having a year left on his Ipswich contract. Having said that, I'd love to have Wrexham's owners at Rovers.
