  1. Past hour
  2. Leicester docked 6 points, drop to 20th in the table
  3. Leicester docked 6 points
  4. Unfortunately, I don't think that is enough of a points deduction to save us !
  5. If Venkys wanted him he'd be on a plane over to Pune like a shot. Easy money. Thank goodness though, what a poor appointment that would be. The apathy about him potentially leaving on the Reading forum speaks volumes.
  6. Please stop trolling.
  7. Sky strike again in their quest to annoy as many supporters as possible. The Portsmouth game at home on March 7th has been changed to a 12.30 kick off which means a possible 5 am start for Pompey fans.
  8. Leicester deducted 6 points
  9. But that leaves space for the keeper to come out unimpeded to claim the cross.
  10. I get your point here, but at the age of 42 lunchtime drinking is the only option.. start early & finish early
  11. I thought Schaper was South African & didn't get his move to Chelsea because of visa issues? Born in Benoni, South Africa, Camden began his football journey at a young age, initially playing for SuperSport United. I presume if he now qualifies for England, those issues no longer apply
  12. Not at the moment I hope. He only got the injury last week.
  13. Not that Richardson would be any good for here anyway but at some point in the not too distant we'll probably be swapping places with Reading so why the hell would he come here. Decent Championship club if the get a bit of investment and get moving in the right direction whereas we have league 1 written all over us these days. And the biggest sign of that is those running this place.
  14. I feel for Damien Johnson primarily because he has essentially been thrown to the wolves by the gruesome twosome. Aside from goalkeeping coach Ben Benson he is on his own with, on the face of it no coaching support. He will be responsible for team selection, set up and tactics which I think is grossly unfair when you consider how many assistants and coaches recent managers have had. At a normally run club there would have been some help from the under 21's coach or similar but on Tuesday I wasn't aware of Vignal's (or anybody else's) presence on the touchline.
  15. Can someone get Coleman to say the same? 🙏🏻
  16. I hope all goes well DeeCee. 🙏
  17. Wouldn't touch Richardson with a ten foot bargepole. His managerial record is average at best and that's just in the lower leagues
  18. I presume you have been mislead by Rovers website, which incorrectly claims he was one of 11 subs on the bench against Sheff Wed. Obviously only 9 are allowed Forshaw also incorrectly showing there
  19. It’s easy to turn down a job when you haven’t been offered it.
  20. Today
  21. He is unavailable for some time. The only possibility is once the post up swelling had gone he could train and maybe play with a carbon fibre mask. I was at the game when he got injured and as he hit the ground he shouted 'I've broken my jaw' and he was in real pain. These were Tuesday's subs: Substitutes: Michalski, Alebiosu, Pickering, Gardner-Hickman, Gudjohnsen, Afolayan, Ohashi, O’Riordan, Montgomery
  22. Richardson playing down the links today to Readings local media, which I'm happy about. Now just need Coleman ruled out!
  23. Further thoughts on Savage (yes I know he played down the rumours earlier today). If Rovers went down and FGR went up, then it'd make a lot more sense in my eyes to bring him in for a League One campaign, off the back of him having a 2nd promotion in 2 years as a manager. However this is all hypothetical and for right now, I just don't see it happening or going well. I do genuinely think that Rovers would be best finding a short term solution and then reassess in the summer...which of course means they'll just end up giving some clown a 3 year deal again.
