  1. Past hour
  2. Did he get a run out?
  3. But nobody dared to tell him!
  4. Not worth the football authorities having a look though! My favourite dream ends when they order Venkys to sell the Club. Then I wake up!
  5. This is the most damning article out there in my opinion, as it goes into quite a bit of detail, about where the funds went, what they were supposed to be used for and seems to imply that throwing money at loss making entities abroad, may well breach some rules. https://legal.economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/litigation/ed-seizes-fresh-rs-24cr-assets-of-venkateshwara-hatcheries-in-fema-probe/104293586
  6. Maybe his club play we at the back 3 last season hence the wing back role? Surely we have 2 players competing for the same position especially in wide areas. Ismael spoke about Pace in profiling players he want in his team next season. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/25113324.blackburn-boss-lays-transfer-priority-summer-window/ We not in pace in wide areas since Olsson and Hoilett days then Duff before that. Can't beat a good quality wide player which the last was Conway who was great crosser of a ball. 100k bargain signing under Bowyer.
  7. So many clubs are doing throw back shirts now, especially away ones incorporating old badges etc. So for something as momentous as the 150th anniversary of founder members of both the Football and Premier Leagues, surely, surely the forthcoming shirts will be commemorative, and I don’t mean just ‘1875’ on the collar or whatever.
  8. Before last season it looks like he played the majority of his games as a left sided midfielder. I imagine it will still be 4231 with this lad down the left and Kargbo on the right. Also gives the option of changing it up to a 343 with Dion as left wing back and Kargbo as a left sided forward maybe.
  9. I believe Macron are the ones responsible for the 150th anniversary shirt for Reading FC and that one was very popular with their fans. Macron definitely have it in them to do a good job of this, it just depends on what the club allows them to do.
  10. Today
  11. Batth is out of contract. I don't see 3 at the back but has Elliott Jackson pointed out last night he could play left side midfielder like Ismael wanted to do with Owen Beck. Hopefully not, good solid player.
  12. Just saw earlier that Uriah Rennie has died at the age of 65. Quite saddened and shocked by that to be honest. Along with being a referee he was a martial arts black belt I believe. He was a shit ref though.
  13. Someone on Instagram has said that De Neve 'looks like a stoner from Rishton' 😅.
  14. Maybe, is he actually good though? I'm not convinced
  15. But quick and two-footed so there’s positives too.
  16. Funds that were transferred under the guise of being for the club, were diverted and used for other purposes, so yes you are right. What some people are saying is that the club, are not under investigation, which is true, but logic tells us that the owners being under investigation and ultimately being forced to provide a bond, which seems to have, made them reluctant to send funds, is bound to have an affect on the club.
  17. Probably his best position. He doesn’t have the pace or crossing ability for a wing back in a back 3 formation.
  18. Yesterday
  19. Potentially to be used at left centre back? In a back 3 ofc.
  20. I wonder if any of those locals know he's been pissing off locals in another town halfway across the world for nearly 15 years now.
  21. Could Pickering perhaps be going?
  22. CF playing in a 2, running onto things in the channels I'd guess.
  23. Another wide player that can't cross.
  24. “ Puma “ back then were made in West Germany. Top quality boots. As you say real leather.
