High risk high reward. Cost c 50 million quid. They chose the second. They have probably had that discussion already for this season. And the answer is probably the same. Our answer is #1 and there is probably no discussion. Waggott probably tried one at the end of rhe season and it was the end for him.

But if they can't use the club as before (ability to write off/move/lose money) due to court cases then option B of a low cost almost self sustaining entity they can virtually ignore - but not have to sell and open the books - might be appealing.
