Tim Southampton Rover Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 We've started the second half well. We need to focus on our right hand side. Lennon and Johnson are doing well and are regularly beating their men.

Tim Southampton Rover Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Heskey has been playing well today but he should have scored.
USABlue Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Rubbish, Green in goal, give me a break. You could see he was terrified before the teams came out. Heskey, well if I was Capello he would be sat home watching.
RoyRover Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 England have started the 2nd half very well. Emile Heskey should have scored. Great pass by Lennon.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Rooney needs to find a way to get more involved with the play. He's looking lost out there.
Rover Down Under Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 I'm from Accrington. I cant stand England, the "Golden generation" , the WAGS, the tabloid playboy prima donnas, Ashley Cole, John Terry et at. C'mon the Yanks, c'mon Aussie. Likewise, except I'm from Blackburn. Look up "emigration" Scouser, not all "Aussies" are "kangaroo shaggers." And c'mon NZ as well!
DeadlyDirk Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Thats an awful finish by Heskey! It was a pretty decent effort for Heskey
Tim Southampton Rover Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Great save by Green. England's pacey defence caught out!
adopted scouser Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Likewise, except I'm from Blackburn. Look up "emigration" Scouser, not all "Aussies" are "kangaroo shaggers." And c'mon NZ as well! It was a general term of abuse for those who feel they can have an opinion on our national side, when all they do is praise Australia ad nauseum. Thought you'd have spotted that
Tim Southampton Rover Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Wouldn't mind seeing Crouch on now for Heskey.
SouthAussieRover Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 It was a general term of abuse for those who feel they can have an opinion on our national side, when all they do is praise Australia ad nauseum. Thought you'd have spotted that Stop making yourself look silly. Noone has been bigging up Australia on this thread.Remember it's only a messageboard. Now get that Heskey off and Crouch on.
Wolverine Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 So how many of us are "watching" this in "hd"? (The first inverted comma's are because of the cut to ads, the second because it's been in standard defination for an hour or so now - pathetic ITV).
Rover Down Under Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Sours Reserve replaces Villa Reserve Sours? - best typo ever
deryck guyler's spoon Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Sours Reserve replaces Villa Reserve That, typo excluded, sums it up. Poor Fabio. Third favourites?
Tim Southampton Rover Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Maybe we're third favourites for our group
Rover Down Under Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 The way that ball seems to hover in the air is going to make Crouch an important player for us this tournament.
philipl Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 The American defender with the sideburns was immense. England are suffering from only havibg six or so players good enough at this level. SWP was awful when he came on.
RibbleValleyRover Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Squad is full of mediocore players, been saying it for years. Lennon, Carragher, SWP et al are total gash. Golden generation my arse.
Mr. E Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Nothing else to say really, everything was obvious before the first whistle. Heskey - gets England's best chance, misses. Green - yeah, no comment. Milner on left - subbed before half time. Nightmare in every single way.
Amo Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Lucky for England the rest of the group is easy pickings.
SouthAussieRover Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 The way that ball seems to hover in the air is going to make Crouch an important player for us this tournament. And make Green look an even scarier one. $5 lost on my 3-1 prediction
Herbie6590 Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Classic England....fits & starts...good move for the goal ....overconfidence...howling error...desperation...more reliance on long ball....conclude that at least we didn't lose. Difficult to find a MotM from that to be honest. The US centre back Onguchi Onyewu is class - both on & off the field ...he's playing next season for free as he's been injured so long at Milan.....are you watching Vince ?
