LeChuck Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 N'Gog would be an excellent loan addition, he's got the physical abilities to play that lone striker role. He's not Liverpool quality (yet), but is definitely good enough for a mid-table side. I'd be surprised if Sam moved into the loan market though, unless the takeover means it's one of the only ways we can do business.

unluckymorton Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 The article does say he has allegedly signied, not he has signed. 'Allegedly' means 'gospel' to a lot of folk on the message board....
LDRover Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Is that Mickey Rooney and Nelson Pique we're after now? It's a bit leftfield but why not.
Doaksie Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Back to more realistic targets.. apparently Klose was available on a free.. I am sure Sam mentioned something about being quoted a price if it was free then we missed out there article from independant Was going to highlight this article myself as an example of how much of an idiot West Ham's co-owner David Sullivan actually is!! (If anyone wasn't convinced enough already). I remember someone posting (Bobby G?) that Sam had mentioned in his Al Jazeera commentary Klose was offered around the Premiership on a free this summer before the tournament. Sullivan however takes this as having agreed a deal to sign the player! "We had a deal in place before the World Cup, after he had a bad season in Germany. However, as a result of what he has done at the World Cup, it's unlikely to happen," Sullivan said. Can't believe a thing that idiot says.
Dunnfc Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 N'Gog N'Gog N'Gog N'Gog N'Gog He tucks his Co*k into his sock N'Gog N'Gog N'Gog N'Gog N'Gog Bring him in! Just so we can sing that
modes98 Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Ngog linked with loan move - West Brom and Blackburn reportedly chasing Frenchman Hasn't been that impressive, but I guess he couldn't be worse than Di Santo. N'Gog is not a good player. His goal scoring record is 11 in 56 for Liverpool, and they have a much more productive midfield than us. I think I would rather stick with Roberts, he can't score but at least he holds the ball up well and can create chances. If he hits the gym and beefs out a bit then he may become a better player, as a loan I suppose there is nothing to lose.
Majiball Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Joe Ledley, reports say he's having a medical at Celtic today. Four or five Prem clubs all sniffing around him. Stoke made him an offer, surprised he's going north of the border. I'll wager Cardiff are not best pleased either.
T4E Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Raul has agreed terms with Schalke Thank God for that - hopefully now he'll stop shooting people.
AJW Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 is there 2 david n'gog's?? the one at liverpool couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo ... and some folk think kalinic is a poor finisher!!
RoverRich Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 is there 2 david n'gog's?? the one at liverpool couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo ... and some folk think kalinic is a poor finisher!! Wasn't it against us when he managed to hit the bar from 2 yards out with an open goal in front of him?? That's the kind of player he is! I don't think he is Premier League quality at all and even if we do look for players on loan we can do better than him.
Amo Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 the one at liverpool couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo What if he could hit a banjo with a cow's arse? Now that would be something!
bonerdude Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 What if he could hit a banjo with a cow's arse? Now that would be something! now id pay money to see that lol..........
vintageadidas Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 n'gog - overpaid very average player! Another Liverpool flop of the Benitez era. I do not want to see him in the famous Blue and White halves.
pick32 Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 I would like us to rival newcastle for de guzman he is a very good player. But ngog makes heskey look like a clinical finisher.
ewoodpo Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 n'gog - overpaid very average player! Another Liverpool flop of the Benitez era. I do not want to see him in the famous Blue and White halves. Let's hope the story isn't true , I totally agree the fat Spanish waiter signed some useless players. I mean because he wanted to sign Gareth Barry they had to let Alonso move on .
mogster Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Thank God for that - hopefully now he'll stop shooting people. Ha ha!! I couldn't let that pass without showing my appreciation
whiteinpeace Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Nicko, is it true Bolton have got Gosling? I'd say no, we already have enough midfield players to fill two teams as it is!
LLOYDY Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Only three Premier Teams without a signing ... us Blackpool and Villa!!!Starting to feel sorry for Sam and the situation!
67splitscreen Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Don't worry Sam has exclusivity at the lake we'll be fishing in.
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 N'gog !!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I'd rather have Jason Roberts any day.
chaddyrovers Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Only three Premier Teams without a signing ... us Blackpool and Villa!!!Starting to feel sorry for Sam and the situation! Hopefully the takeover will be soon sorted one way or the other. Now the world cup finishes on Sunday, all the transfers will started to happen. Always does after the world cup. Alot of transfer gossip to come now!
The Rover of Finland Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Let´s just sign Benjani. Then try to get rid few players and use that money on a midfielder. Lars played well at WC. I can see him playing in Germany next year. Zurab and Judge off too. Didn´t ShefU want Bunn permanently? We could drop Grella´s asking price and hope for miracle. And let´s loan Garrido from City. I wonder why he is not wanted by anyone. Good defender with magnificent left foot. He scores much more often than our "specialsist" from free kicks. And City has none use for him.
