deryck guyler's spoon Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 I'll watch as much as I can through my fingers on Foxtel. This could be any score Arsenal want it to be. ****
Parsonblue Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 I just cant wait for the drama on here after the game....oh the joys!! If it upsets you why come on here? Must admit, travelling back from Arsenal will keep me off here until tomorrow. There's your answer Hughesy, get yourself down to Arsenal and back the lads and forget the messageboard. I'm travelling down shortly hoping for a point but fearing the worst. Just hoping that we can pack midfield, frustrate Arsenal, get a huge slice of luck, a decent referee and cling on for a point. Having said all that, I must admit that if we get a hammering today, I'll be on here tomorrow complaining about the comedy act that is Kean and our owners.
Nelsta Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Can not get positive about this at all, this could be on a par with the old trafford scorline. Hope for a point, but can not see anything other than a drubbing. Arsenal 5 - 0 Rovers.
Ozz Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Can not get positive about this at all, this could be on a par with the old trafford scorline. Yep-Probably like 312-5 dec. Van Persie 105 no.
Glenn Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Just a reminder guys, the match day chat is now working fully again (with a 50 person limit), so feel free to hang around in there during the game. It's much easier than 30 people typing "GOAL!" in here, 10 seconds apart.
rebelmswar Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 The only feeling if hope I have is that satan will smile on his mnion SAF and curse Arsenal. We might have even more chance if West Ham get anything against Man U.
Sverre Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 I'm watching the game now.. West Ham have had two chances, both of them ending in penalties. Man U however have constantly pressured West Ham, but they haven't been sharp in front of the goal... Unfortunately! If ever we get a point or three at Emirates..
Mercer Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 If the Hammers beat United, looking likely, even more incentive for Arsenal to both close the gap on United and get a better goal difference. The Gods are conspiring against us and I really fear a hiding now.
LWX Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Just looking at the table and Arsenal are only 2 goals behind United's difference, what's the chance of them overtaking that today? 4-1??
Backroom Tom Posted April 2, 2011 Backroom Posted April 2, 2011 If the Hammers beat United, looking likely, even more incentive for Arsenal to both close the gap on United and get a better goal difference. The Gods are conspiring against us and I really fear a hiding now. And as someone else mentioned, in turn that means the title is less likely to be decided and United will have to beat us
bastionRover Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Anyone got any idea what the team selection and formation is for today's game? Any chance of seeing anything of the new boys??
Backroom Tom Posted April 2, 2011 Backroom Posted April 2, 2011 Anyone got any idea what the team selection and formation is for today's game? Any chance of seeing anything of the new boys?? I'd say pretty much no chance, although Kean may decided to bring Rochina on at full back if we are drawing towards the end
tony gale's mic Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Only thing is that Arsenal have a habit of not capitalising when Man U slip up.
Mercer Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Only thing is that Arsenal have a habit of not capitalising when Man U slip up. True, however, this just might be Arsenal's best chance for many years to win the thing.
BRFC1995 Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Anyone got any idea what the team selection and formation is for today's game? Any chance of seeing anything of the new boys?? kean keeps to form then it will be some overly attack minded line up away from home that pits our woeful players against superior players and results in us having no shots on goal and a back line that will need rape councelling tonight
AggyBlue Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Kean's going to earn his corn today and repay the faith shown in him. 1 - 0 to the Rovers. Wish I had a ticket now.

Very Funny and disappointingly very true!
yoda Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Only thing is that Arsenal have a habit of not capitalising when Man U slip up. some slip up 2-4

Bobby G Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Im predicting the two Jones' in central midfield, with the back 5 naming itself as usual. Junior on one wing, and maybe Pedersen on the other, with Dunn and Roque making up the XI.
