Darwen Rover Posted June 20, 2011 Posted June 20, 2011 Fake Athletic de Bilbao's shirt (by Adidas, while Athletic's shirt maker is Umbro): Classy kit... REALLY like it
Stuart Posted June 20, 2011 Posted June 20, 2011 Is the dude in the back row middle Dunns grandad? Guy lying down has to be related to Peders. Nah, it's one of Grella's ancestors. He's not relaxing, he just can't get up unaided.
yeti-dog Posted June 20, 2011 Posted June 20, 2011 ] I Like this look Some impressive meat and two veg on diplay there...
dubdubdub Posted June 20, 2011 Posted June 20, 2011 Is the dude in the back row middle Dunns grandad? Guy lying down has to be related to Peders. My life pans out as one coincidence to the next. Guy lying down I clocked about ten minutes ago on the season ticket renewal leaflet
BPF Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 Anyone else hearing the rumour that our new sponsor is a major Indian bank?
Hughesy Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 Anyone else hearing the rumour that our new sponsor is a major Indian bank? It will need to be a major something as the money we want is crazy compared to our old £1.7m a year!
cletus Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 Another Premier League kit release. Not sure about the font on Aurasma, looks very amateur in my opinion! Ok i suppose, if you like the skinny withered leg look
braddock Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 Ok i suppose, if you like the skinny withered leg look Speaking of which when is Bale back to fitness after that Adam challenge?
rog of the rovers Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 Indian Bank BPF? Banks of India As far as logos go, surely HDFC Bank would look the best.
Backroom Tom Posted June 21, 2011 Backroom Posted June 21, 2011 It will need to be a major something as the money we want is crazy compared to our old £1.7m a year! But you claimed it was all tied up a month or so ago
Hughesy Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 But you claimed it was all tied up a month or so ago It should have been, the fee was agreed by 2 companies - but rejected by the owners due to the type of companies. One of which was a betting company. They have been touting the deal in India and I think someone mentioned on here last week that we had been entertaining some big companies recently?
67splitscreen Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 Seem to recall, the owners have some dealings with ICICI. Much of Venky's India ltd investments are in various funds with HDFC.
pick32 Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 It wouldn't make sense for an Indian bank who have no branches in the UK to sponsor an English team who doesn't get much global coverage compared to other teams in the division.
london-rover Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 Rumour has it cobra beer is the new sponsor http://www.cobrabeer.com/
Rover95 Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 That's disgusting. Looks more like a jockey should be wearing it. Where did you find that?
Backroom Tom Posted June 21, 2011 Backroom Posted June 21, 2011 Said a while back that Cobra would look ace on the shirt but then again I liked the Time one. Also it may mean we get Cobra on the concourses, may as well go the whole hog and serve curries as well, you wouldn't get me off the concourse though.
BangkokRover Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 Rumour has it cobra beer is the new sponsor http://www.cobrabeer.com/ What rumour?
A cup of beans Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 ] I Like this look brilliant photo.. one of my favourite rovers 1s. had it in a book about the FACUP when i was a kid. along with drawings of our cup winning goals in the 1880's.
