Torgeir Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 Support your manager 100% until he's gone. Continue doing the same and you'll be playing in the Championship next year. Whether he is the right man or not, get behind him. Kean is a janitor doing the manager's job. So proud to have the keys to the technical area that he doesn't know when to stay away.

chris Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 well I'm glad nobody has caled for him to be sacked because it's pointless, Venkys know very well that Kean is set up to fail, not that he was bever good enough, sure Kean lies all the time and believes his lies most the time but Venkys are watching it happen and really screwed the club over this window too. We all know deep down that this is Venkys club and we don't deserve to be in this league with them incharge. Until they go we are doomed and trapped.
sam_rovers Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 It's obvious, its Black's fault. Sack him and get a new assistant manager in, that will solve our problems
1864roverite Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 Defend that you limp wristed, incompetent scottish twit. Have some real decency and leave NOW
Rover_Shaun Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 Defend that you limp wristed, incompetent scottish twit. Have some real decency and leave NOW You would like to think, but sadly.... BBC Reporter "Steve. Have the players let themselves down today?" Kean "No, but we've set ourrselves high standards ......it's the first time we've let ourselves down ........that's not us today ........we've been in most games even the one's we have lost ........we have aquitted ourselves well apart from today .......this is the first time we have let ourselves down this season Lies just drip out of his mouth
Stuart Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 BBC Reporter "Steve. Have the players let themselves down today?" BBC Reporter "Steve. Have the players let themselves down today?" Kean: No... Blah... blahblah... blah... blahblahblah... blah... blah... blahblah... blah... blahblahblah... blah... blah... blahblah... blah... blahblahblah... blah... blah... blahblah... blah... blahblahblah... blah... blah... blahblah... blah... blahblahblah... blah... Well, yes.
BuckyRover Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 No need to worry. The general consensus on twitter from the fans of other teams is that he will now be sacked. Great news FFS
nellybc Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 Did you see a pig fly?? Thought not!! KEAN OUT on Saturday from me!!
DavidMailsTightPerm Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 No need to worry. The general consensus on twitter from the fans of other teams is that he will now be sacked. Great news FFS Unfortunately it just shows how far removed and uninformed they are about the circus at Ewood. He should have been sacked before xmas - but then somehow put together a good run of results. I agree with the other messenger - all that is left now is to support the team as best we can. I can't support Kean - but I think it is pointless protesting for him to be sacked.
Amo Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 No need to worry. The general consensus on twitter from the fans of other teams is that he will now be sacked. Great news FFS I'm sure Mercerman will keep us updated. Meanwhile, back on Planet Earth, the majority of fans have accepted that Kean's here to the bitter end.
rovers11 Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 For anyone hoping he may get sacked, it won't ever happen under venkys. I can promise you that 100%. It's now apparent keans position is not based on results. He could have lost everyone game this season (and nearly has) yet he still wouldnt have been sacked.
Backroom DE. Posted February 4, 2012 Backroom Posted February 4, 2012 If Kean was going to be sacked it would have been after the Bolton match. I don't think the owners care enough to invest their time in sacking the manager and hiring a new one. Especially not a "brilliant" manager like Steve Kean.
hesfromburn Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 Keans going nowhere, he is doing his best to take us down he wont leave until the job is done Im just not sure how far he wants to take us.
DeadlyDirk Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 He's going nowhere, I'd bet any sum on it.

AllRoverAsia Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 If he's sacked - which will not happen - then whomever is currently the assistant manager will get a caretaker job. I think its still Black but tomorrow who knows. Welcome to the Venkys Ewood Circus - Bearded Noddys, Fat Bitches from the East, Chicken in a Basketcase, yuu want it we've got it at Ewood Circus
rovers11 Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 He's going nowhere, I'd bet any sum on it. I've backed a very large sum in betfair on kean not getting sacked before the end of the season. Easy money.
Ferrit Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 There are 25 people feeling extremely silly tonight, or extremely smug. Take your pick.
Backroom DE. Posted February 4, 2012 Backroom Posted February 4, 2012 They're pretty much all WUMs & rival fans so I'd think they're pretty happy.

rovers11 Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 Does Kean own a part of the club ? No, that was a very strange rumour. I will suspect someone will get sued for that. The reason he got the job is because Mrs D was close to sem at the time who are kean's representatives. I also think they liked the fact he was cheap, supposedly good at developing young players, and happy to have work under venkys transfer policy (ie having players forced upon him). The reason he is still in a job is because he is a venkys puppet and does exactly what they tell him to do. No established manager would do that which is why they got rid of big sam. The 'we want to play better football' line was just a smokescreen for the real reason they got rid of big sam IMO.
walk down bolton road Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 How long is it since we kept a clean sheet in the premier league ?. No doubt coco will be working on this in the week. But he might be to busy opening all his 500 a day fan mail letters. Surely he cannot be worried about losing his job because even if he was sacked, all his friends in the football world MOYES,FERGUSON,and the rest will surely see him employed in some capacity at there clubs.

DavidMailsTightPerm Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 I thought you were one who voted to give him more time, based on our improved team pattern DMPT? DMTP if you please :-) I have never voted on this particular poll. Things have improved - after the depths we experienced just prior to xmas. I still stick to what I have always said - while the players are behind him - and while the owners won't invest in a decent manager - he is the best hope we have (sad though it is to say that).
BRFC1995 Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 can some people stop saying they want him sacked but in the same sentance say its too late to get anyone better, really winding me up there are so many good people around football that would love a crack at trying to save this club for 4 months, make a proper fist of getting something to happen and would probably kill for a shop window of 4 months managing in the premier league let alone whatever incentive of a bonus the pune piggy-bank could offer if they achieved what under the present incumbant is an outright impossibility.
