Exiled in Toronto Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Good first half hour and then very scrappy last 15. Pedersen had his best half for ages, only one blind stupid pass. Looked solid at the back

Torgeir Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Good first 30 mins or so, lacked a little bit of imagination going forward but could have easily been up by one or two goals. A bit scrappy, definitely there for the taking - would like to see Dunn come on soon and the Olsson twins to either cross earlier or cut inside.
Clitherover Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 This match is a great opportunity to break the 2 wins in a row curse. Do we have enough about us to make sufficient chances to do it, though? I'd take two clean sheets in a row with a 0-0 draw, it's progress isn't it. Sunderland seem very tight defensively but don't look much of a threat up front, 0-0 could be a possibility.
hesfromburn Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 I think Dunn for formica and push Hoilett out wide, think some games hoilett is best outside some inside. Dont think he has a "best" position, think it depends on the opposition and Sunderland look weak down the left and need running at.
BRFC1995 Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 anyone else feel fraizer campbell will score 2nd half ala the "opposition sh1t striker comes good syndrome" we tend to suffer. not a great watch so far, formica a bit of a passenger.
Miker Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Decent game so far, unfortunately can't watch the second half coz I'm off to work.. Please post updates here as I'll keep track while I'm on my way. We are playing superbly as a team, we look really up for it. Keep at them in the same way and we'll score. Just lacking that little bit of quality at the moment.

Yeah, it would be progress but still a bit disappointing bearing in mind the games coming up next month and the fact that its a depleted Sunderland at Ewood. Not anyone we should be particularly proud to hold to a draw. But a point would be better than none....
Lathund Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Is this some alternate universe?!?? Not only a clean sheet last week, but two games in a row where long throws have lead to goals?!?!
hesfromburn Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 YES HOILETTT!!! EXACT SAME GOAL AS LAST WEEK AND ANOTHER PEDERSEN LONG THROW!!!
Clitherover Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Is this some alternate universe?!?? Not only a clean sheet last week, but two games in a row where long throws have lead to goals?!?! Not sure but I'm liking it.
Clitherover Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Sunderland haven't had a shot on goal compared to our six.
Devon Rover Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Sounds like we are battering them. Need that 2nd....
jimw1988 Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Could do with dunny on now to hold onto the ball!
Robin Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Sunderland haven't had a shot on goal compared to our six. To be honest they don't look that interested really....
jim mk2 Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 To be honest they don't look that interested really.... That's us knackered.
Joar Posted March 20, 2012 Posted March 20, 2012 Formica starting to look tired. He's worked hard tonight
