We shouldn’t have to guess, they should have been clearer.

Which of course would make sense

But if that is the case, then they should have said when.

And also, if he wasn't working his notice period, then who would be performing his role whilst he is on gardening leave

As ever, communication & clarity from the club is 4th rate at best
