I'll summarise for you.  We had an awful start but the last 3 games have been more encouraging (despite the loss with 10 against Norwich). 

We'll know which direction we are heading with Ismael by the end of October.  

My expectations have been reduced by the player turnover so if we comfortably avoid relegation and a few new signings show promise, that will be a relative success. 

Still not sure what his brand of football is about though.

I think today we saw what his previous club fans were saying. The guy can turn a poor performance into a worse one with his 60th minute subs.

I think every Rovers fan groaned when they saw Pickering on the team sheet.

I'm a bit indifferent about whether or not Ismael should be sacked at this point, I don't think it makes a huge difference in the grand scheme of things. I feel like we're circling the plughole very slowly. 

Edit -  I assume we wouldn't be able to afford to sack him.

Remember though, over 100 applicants and he was the best one, because surely we would only appoint the very best applicant.

Not convinced by Ismael, but then again it doesn't matter who's in the dugout. Even when the club accidentally unearths a diamond in the rough, they eventually grow weary of the club's self-defeating business model and piss off to pastures new.
